Honestly I like it at first for basic cleaning on bare floors but not really impressed over all and it didn't do well with small area rugs or runners and forget an area rug. We did not didn't use it often but it was good at picking up dirt on our pergo floor for a quick clean up. The battery didn't last long from the start but was efficient for our basic use so it wasn't really an issue.Then it just suddenly stopped working for no reason even with a fully charged battery. I originally purchased this for stairs in the house. We now use it at home for the Harwood floors in the kitchen, the carpeted stairs, and use it as our camper vacuum. We don't need to disassemble it to travel, it fits fine in the back seat of my car. Very lighteieght. It's easy to take the attachment off and use more as a handheld. We don't really need to take it off though. Very easy to clean and dump the canister when it's full. lightweight. Head swivels and turns making hard to reach places easier to get at. I love that you change the power level. The battery drains faster during higher power use, but it still lasts long enough to do the whole camper. It does not turn on while charging it though, so you can't use it while charging. We're able to get what we need done when it's fully charged. I would highly recommend. The order for this came quickly was well packed. The top the battery is contained, was simple to push in and pull out and it came right off. However, the bottom once I put it together, there was no way I could get it apart. I tried everything push, pull. I had my son come over to see if he could get it apart. He tried and tried and tried, and all of a sudden that popped apart. However, the tube that connects the top in the bottom also fell apart. There was a little screw in it, and the evidently was not tight when it fell apart, there was a little red wire in there that broke That wire was almost like a thread. It was so fine and so cheaply made. I do have to say I contacted the company by email and they answered me the next morning and after much discussion they said they would send me a replacement repair Well they sent me a whole new Vacuum I was really impressed with this customer service that I got. It seems to work fairly good. I’m surprised that the sand that it pulls out of my entryway rugs. I live in the country and we have gravel that we walk on quite a bit and that’s where it comes from. This is fine for me. I have a cat and me and that’s about it, so there’s no heavy dirt. It picks up small pieces, pretty well, the battery is fine for me although some people said it runs out too soon. I use it on the highest power most of the time and it works quite well with plenty of time left over. I guess I have to say that I had great service from the company. However, I honestly think that there’s a lot more vacuums out there that are better made than this. I should’ve stayed with shark and not read all the reviews online on this item. Several months later: where were all the negative reviews when I was stupid enough to buy this. I learned a few things for one thing I take a screwdriver and wedge it to open either the bottom or the top to get it apart to clean it. You have to be able to take it apart because if you get anything like a leaf for a little piece of paper up inside of it instantly plug up. Believe it or not my son took the broken one home and repaired that little tiny wire that was in there so it will work as a spare. At least I have a spare battery. This does a pretty good job. It’s not as powerful or as easy to use as a Dyson, but for the price, I’ll put up with the drawbacks. It does a nice job with dog fur and tracked in dirt and stones. I use it on bare, tile floors. Cannot vouch for its performance on carpets. It does tend to get stuck on floor mats and area rugs. Very few attachments, but it meets my needs. ... show more

I purchased this vacuum in March and immediately loved it. It was light, easy to move around, decent suction. I used it several times during the initial days of having it. The only complaint I may have had was the length of time that I could vacuum without a recharge. I could deal with that. I was going to just purchase a second battery. All of a sudden I went to use it and the unit would not turn on. I plugged it in and it said it was charged to 99% and almost immediately went to 100%. It still would do nothing. I contacted the seller and told them of my problem and they IMMEDIATELY sent me a new unit (complete, second battery every attachment...EVERYTHING) I can not say a bad word about their customer service! Again, I used the unit several times and, again, loved it as much as the first and I thought "now I even have a second battery. (they told me to just discard the original unit, that they did not need it back.) I used the thing for a few weeks (just once every few days) and still loved it. I went to use it yesterday and the second unit is doing the same thing the first one did. It shows fully charged and will NOT turn on. Both times I disassembled everything and reassembled it, thinking I had not had it put together properly but still no success. I was going to contact the seller again but it says my service window closed on June 8th so I guess I now have two of their units that are worthless. I believe I will try somebody else's model and see if I have more luck. If anyone from the seller reads this review, thank you again for the customer service you gave me! I have had this for two months and it just won’t hold a charge. Outlet works fine - unit acts like it’s charging and then won’t power up. Amazon- I’ve had it less than two months. Really disappointed. Support page on business website for this company is blank and phone number goes to some guys voicemail. Reached someone at the company and they sent a replacement immediately!
