This door is awesome. The only thing I wish it had was that the display was backlit to see it in the dark. I put mine inside the coop and used the time function to open and shut the doors instead of daylight and sundown due to the location of the coop door. I have to use a flashlight to look at the display and that is a pain. Otherwise I think it is awesome ... show more

    • Stopped working in less than a year
This was great when it worked. We replaced the batteries and now the door does not work. Less than a year. So sad. Now we're out the money!

    • Opens and closes whenever it wants. Will not listen to programming.

The one I got is not physically damaged but is completely jacked up. First off to operate it manually I have to press up for it to go down and down for it to go up. I tried programming the timer and it wouldn't operate at the set times (yes I programmed the clock at the correct time on the 24 hour clock) so I got tired if it being wrong so I set it to manual. I was just going to open and close it myself everyday to let my chickens out and lock them up at night. Well when I came back out the next morning IT WAS ALREADY OPEN. I hope this company does something to make this right. ... show more

    • Decent product for 2 months. Then imploded.
This product really worked great for the first two months. I bought the doors also. However, after two months it simply stopped working. I lost multiple chickens to the racoons because the door did not shut at night. I contacted customer support and followed their instructions for resetting it. Nothing worked. They have asked that I mail it back to their Texas address. They are unwilling to provide me with a replacement in the meantime. ... show more

    • Don’t waste your money
This door is definitely not worth almost $200. It stopped working after only a few weeks. It doesn’t slide up and down. I’ve cleaned the tracks and made sure it’s clear and it’s always says it can’t close because it’s “blocked” it’s because the metal door doesn’t slide up and down the plastic tracks. Awful way to spend nearly $200. I will definitely will be returning it and sending it back if i can. ... show more

Update: This is very poorly constructed, broke after two months of use. Very expensive for something made so cheap.
