    • Shipping in freezing temps not a good idea

Tree arrived with dead leaves looking as if it had been frozen. Not packed for freezing weather. I was not able to bring back to life.

I’ve had this tree in my cart for quite some time. I went ahead and placed the order after it sold out and had been restocked. I knew I had to strike while the iron was still hot. Tree arrived in 2 days from the time it was ordered. Tree was well packaged with no damage and sprung to life as soon as it was watered. Beautiful tree would recommend this seller as excellent 👍. Would recommend the seller to friends and family.

I am not sure what kind of soil they used, but it doesn't drain well. I nearly killed it by watering immediately after I received it. A lot of leaves turned yellow, dried out and fell. I wanted it mimick the condition it was in at the nursery, and contacted them. They asked for pictures of the plant, which I sent. No reply... I checked the moisture level inside the soil was very very wet. I repoted it into a terracotta pot without watering it. The soil was still very wet, but stopped losing the leaves.
