So I don't always do reviews but I felt this was in definite need of one. I honestly was not sure this would work with my shower because as you can see from the photo I have a ceiling mount. The shower head I had on there was okay It was round and I knew it came off because I have to clean it constantly because it has so many holes. Also I really wanted and needed a handheld portion and I didn't have one put in when I had the house built which I regretted after. I had searched a little online mentioning rain shower head ceiling mount with handheld and 95% of what came up was the two pieces separate which is how it technically should be. This one all of a sudden popped up on my recommended page and because it's a ceiling mount I wasn't sure if it would work especially since as you can see the hose is dangling in the middle of the shower. Well it does work and it works amazingly!!! I am so glad I went ahead and bought it just to see if I could make it work. Honestly the hose hanging down isn't as big of an annoyance as I thought it would although I am going to stick a hook on the tile just to hang it on and get it out of the way. The different adjustments on this thing are great. You can either do all of the small holes so pretty much just like a standard rain shower head or you can position it to do the Jets and the small holes as well as just the Jets. You can also manipulate it to do the Jets on the shower head itself as well as the handheld although when you do that if you hit the button on the handheld the water pressure is pretty low for the strong stream. However when you adjust it to do just the handheld it's perfect. The long stream comes in handy washing the dogs which is what I needed it for mainly. It was very easy to install and came with extra parts the main parts are pre-installed so pretty much just unscrew the old one and screw in the new one. You can also tilt the main shower head portion once it's installed by tightening its base if you wanted to point it more towards the back of the shower or what have you. The only thing is which is no fault of the shower head itself is that I am short in which makes it difficult for me to actually grab the handheld when it's in its holder on the shower head I actually have to stand on my tip toes. But again that is no fault of the shower head itself! I highly recommend this especially if you have a ceiling mount and don't want to have to call someone to split the pipe behind your tile. I honestly think I'm going to get one to put in my guest bathroom which is just a standard shower but it also currently does not have a handheld on it. Hope this helps somebody since I didn't see any current videos or photos of someone with A ceiling mount currently using it!!! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I’m disabled and have to sit a lot in the shower so I needed a handheld shower head. This works really well but I wish the cord was longer. It has 3 settings: handheld, light gray holes, and dark gray holes. I am able to toggle between two of them to get the handheld and dark gray at the same time; the pressure just goes down. I really love the handheld. I use the jet to wash my hair and the other setting to wash my body. The other setting is so nice, like a massage. Pressure is really strong on all settings! Only had it a month or so now, easy assembly, works great my wife and I love it. What an improvement oflver the calcified one we had before! Nice setting and the side handle wash is awesome. The hose is a bit short to be washing the dog, luckily they are building a dog wash station near by. The attachment piece that holds the wand seems plasticy and I wonder how long it will last. Otherwise no leaks, easy install, looks pretty good and works great while loving the spray patterns. ... show more

I love that although it is a rain shower it also has a few other sprays you can use. I had to try them all this morning! I've been tired of my old shower head (very basic shower head) and wanted to find one that could offer a little bit more (particularly one that could help me wash my dog) and I got this because it was fairly inexpensive but seemed to have decent reviews. My husband installed it in a matter of minutes and I was able to use it with no issues. The pressure was better than with the old shower head and the spray is great.
