We have been searching for a piece of furniture with a built-in fireplace for 3 years now and finally found one we LOVE. And guess what, we found it on Amazon! We have a sotre not too far from our home here in Summerfield Florida that we almost purchased but it just wasn't right. So we waited and waited and searched and here it was. SLIM, LONG, and has 8 differecnt colors or rotating colors, 4 hights for the flames, and blowing heat from 70 to 82 degrees, just perfect for cool Florida mornings. The best we have ever found and kudos to FedEx, for onec they didn't destroy something....LOL ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Want to paint brand new furniture? This is the piece for you. This piece came with a paint job that looks like someone sprayed a quick coat of primer before packaging to ship out. The edges of the doors were not painted, the overall look has a primer finish look and the grain of the wood is barely covered. The holes for the hinges are cut out into the edge of the door which shows the hinge edges when open. Even the glass in the doors had overspray on them and had to be removed and cleaned. We purchased this as a main show piece for the living room and did not have time to wait on returns so we opted to paint it ourselves. Basically, if you want a piece of primed furniture that you can finish yourself, this is an option. Directions are incorrect and a little hard to understand but I was able to figure it out. I will say, after we painted it and installed the fireplace, it does look nice. But for the money we paid, we should not have had to do the work. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. So first off, the entire thing is not made in the USA- it is imported material (it comes with a tag saying that when you unload it). Second, it is not all real wood- the base and backing is particle board- which is probably why it is also top heavy. The front is “real wood”- it’s pine…I’ll just leave it at that. The paint quality is poor- streaky. I have white baseboards and against them- this is a cream/ dirty white color. The entire unit leans far forward- VERY top heavy- this would not be safe just sitting free standing- it NEEDS to be anchored to the wall- especially if you have children or pets. There are feet in the bottom in the middle- ours were placed so far back that it didn’t give any support to the front, therefore the electric fireplace, placed weight on the front- leading to sagging and separation of the wood around the doors and fireplace from the base. My husband is handy luckily, and will be painting and placing white wooden blocks beneath it (currently supporting it with kids books 😒). If we take the kids books away there are huge gaps- and it looks as if the fireplace unit will cause it to fall. The fireplace unit is nice enough, I like that you have color options. If I could return this- I would- but after a massive fed-ex truck unloading it, hauling it in and all of the work my husband has done on it- we will make it work. I have sent a message to the company asking for a portion of the cost to be reimbursed, so I will update if/when I hear from them. This unit- coming in the shape it was- should cost about $1000, I wouldn’t pay anymore than that for it, that’s for sure. It is not fully assembled- you have to do several things to it to make it right. Unfortunately I have fiddled with the doors over and over trying to adjust them and can’t get them even- the picture above was as close as I could get and it still is not even. I purchased the Legends Furniture - Bridgevine Home 97 in. Whitewash and Barnwood Brown Finish Solid Wood Fireplace TV Stand . The website description states this product is made of Knotty Alder Solid Wood and Veneers. The description is incorrect. It has a lot of engineer/particle wood in it. I purchased this product because it is made in Arizona and stated it was made from solid wood and some veneer. Why is there a misleading website description? ... show more
