  • Bravo to Breville
Color: Silver Size: One Size
I am not good with photos but when I tell you this juicer is awesome. It does exactly what is says and so fast. Easy clean up, easy to assemble and most importantly easy to use. I love the large waste container and the Large juice pitcher. It actually works just as described. I purchased a juicer before the Breville and sent it back after 48hours. I am so glad I tried the Breville and it only cost roughly $40 more than the other brand I purchased. I highly recommend this Breville Juicer. I love my Breville !! ... show more

  • Quiet and powerful
Color: Silver Size: One Size
This juicer is not only quieter and more powerful than my old juicer, it is easier to assemble, disassemble and clean. The pulp comes out drier, also, which tells me it is doing a better job of extracting the maximum amount of juice. I'm actually happy my old juicer died, because this one is so much better. The pitcher that comes with the juicer is huge, and is an added bonus. ... show more

  • Super smooth juice, looks and feels sturdy, powerful motor
Color: Silver Size: One Size
I like how smooth carrot and beetroot juice come out of this machine!!! The foam on top is thick and smooth!!! It is powerful and looks sturdy. If you feed it reasonably and not too fast it will juice well and there will be no wasted juice in the pulp. It is not expensive and is a very good replacement for my previous quality juicer which lasted over 5 years. I got this one a few weeks ago and cannot vouch for its reliability. It is hard to find good appliances unless you have read reviews from consumer magazines or review sites. It is always good to check them for reliability as well as how well they are rated in different aspects like juicing capability and noise. The only small negative is that it takes a little bit more room on the counter than my previous juicer, but I still give this 5 stars with the assumption that it is reliable as I like it. ... show more

  • Good price
Color: Silver Size: One Size
Likes: -Good price -Not too difficult to clean -Can fit quite a bit in the chute -Great way to fill up compost pile with already broken down goodness! -Has made great tasting juice -we’ve used it with beets, carrots, apples, cabbage, ginger, herbs, and lettuces and can break it down fairly effortlessly. Dislike: -when leaves or herbs get put through, even on the low setting, it seems like we aren’t getting as much juice out of it or more waste than we should, but we don’t have a different one to compare to. Still like what it gives for the price. ... show more

  • This juicer wastes your time, money, and fruits/veges!
Color: Silver Size: One Size
This juicer was a complete bust. While it was fast and easy to use. The waste pulp was way too wet. I wanted to make sure that it wasn't a matter of user error, so I tried different sizes and shapes for the fruits and veges I would feed into the chute. I noticed on my first few runs, that inserting smaller pieces would inevitably result in them shooting almost immediately, partially chewed, into the waste bucket. I then start leaving them larger and larger, so they would have direct pressure from the plunger, almost holding them in place against the blade. I would still wind up with pretty large pieces of fruit or vegetable in the basket. I also tried using carrots, celery, apples, cucumbers, beets, cactus fruit, lettuce, kale, cabbage, collard greens, etc. Large portions of my input would just wind up in the waste basket. The pieces that did caught in the blade would consistently end up really wet and in the basket. The last two times I used the juicer, I squeezed the pulp in a cheesecloth and was able to get a considerable amount of juice out of it. I have included a picture of the last juice output. In an attempt to fill the pitcher, I juiced enough fruits and vegetables to get the pitcher approximately 75 percent full. I then dug into the basket and started squeezing the waste. I was able to squeeze an additional 2 cups of juice out of the pulp. I have included a picture of the juice level in the pitcher and what would have been thrown away had I not gone back for the second squeeze. I called Breville to see if they had any advice. Their customer service never answered the phone. I placed four phone calls. For two of those calls, I waited on hold for a representative that never answered. For the other two calls, I took the option of getting a call back. I left my phone number and never got a return call. I had an old centrifugal juicer some years back. I got rid of it because it was too loud and it would shake while it was spinning. It made me feel like it was going to explode or tear my countertop apart. I soon after bought a masticating juicer. The juice that it produced was great. The pulp was always dry, BUT I hated cutting the pieces up into little bite sized morsels. It felt like such a waste of time. I moved over to this Breville because I wanted to be able to throw giant pieces into the chute to save time and energy. Truth of the matter is, the time you save not cutting up vegetables, gets spend squeezing out pulp. If you don't squeeze out your pulp with this thing then you are basically throwing money away every time you make a juice. Juicing is already kindof expensive as it is. To know that you are getting maybe 60 percent usage of your produce is too unnerving for me to deal with. I went back to my masticating juicer. ... show more
