I was pleasantly surprised to find that this product helped my low back pain rapidly and that it is easy to use and adjust. I was told by my doctor not to wear it for more than a couple hours at a time so if you purchase it, just chat with your doctor first.

There is a lot of Velcro on this, making it easy to adjust and comfortable to wear over a shirt. It also gave support to my often-sore back, making it easier to get things done around the house. I do recommend this.
