Update 9/2020: The other day when I shut down the grill and turned the valve on the propane bottle off, I inadvertently failed to turn one of the six burners off. Later I closed the lid and put the cover on. Almost 24 hours later I discovered the grill was burning hot! The bottle valve was faulty. However, got to give my kudos for this cover! Didn’t melt or lose it’s shape or catch on fire thank goodness. Still holding up well BTW. Update 02/2019: received the replacement cover from seller as promised. The material is much better, right combination of weight and flexibility! Highly recommended, thanks Broilpro! Update: was contacted by the seller, indicating that the cover would be replaced when they receive new stock. Original post: Very heavy duty and a good fit for a Weber 670, but not flexible even in warm weather. Very difficult to take off as it’s too stiff to get a handhold, and there are no handles The lack of plasticity has already caused cracks and small holes at fold points.     • The nicest looking cover for an old Weber Silver.
Took a couple of weeks to arrive, but if you have an old Weber Silver, you won't find a better looking cover for it. The material is heavy duty and looks like it will outlast the covers on my other appliances. Very happy.

Whew! I took a chance and this BroilPro cover for the Weber Spirit 210 Series tightly fits my Char Broil Commercial 2-burner grill. With side tables lowered, my grill is 31.5W by 21.25D, and that is the absolute maximum space provided by this cover. I would not recommend this for a grill over 31" x 21", as my fit is so snug that it is likely to wear the cover where it meets the corners of the grill. The length is perfect for my 48-inch tall grill, fitting better than the cover from the grill's manufacturer. This will reduce the advance of rust by keeping moisture off the base of the grill, which is the spot where my prior grill rusted. I like the thick material of this BroilPro cover, and the benefit of Velcro side straps for a snug fit. The cover is thicker than a Char Broil cover made for my grill. However, the tongs and basting brush included with my order are of very low quality. If a good strong cover is what you need, this is a good buy priced below $30. Check your dimensions carefully if you are not buying it for a Weber Spirit 210 Series, as the product listing does not document the needed dimensions, only the dimensions of the product as shipped, which is the size of the zippered case in which it arrives. ... show more

Fits my Genesis Silver C (with side burner) as well, if not better, than the original Weber cover. The material seems to be of very good quality. It goes on and off very easily. Time will tell how long it lasts in the brutal northern California sun, but so far it is the best cover I have bought for my 20 year old Weber. Update: After 2 years, I am still very impressed with this product. It survived the brutal summer sun on my west-facing back deck with no discernible wear and it has also worked out great through the freezing weather and rains of winter. Even in very cold weather, it is flexible enough to take off and put on the grill with ease. I actually think it is a better product than the Weber cover because it is much more flexible in cold weather. Frankly, I have never had another cover that is as durable and functional as this one. Buy it! 3/9/20: Added a photo I took today, over 2.5 years after I first installed the cover; outdoors in the sun every day for the entire time and still going strong.
