I bought this water bottle for my son for school and he loves it! 2 different ways to drink from and it stays cold and holds a good amount of water. I decided to buy another for my other son. That one never arrived, it got “lost” during shipping so I requested a refund and ordered another right away. He was so excited to get it but when he lifted the straw part to drink the plastic broke and now he can’t open that part up. It seemed like too much of a hassle to try and return and he didn’t want to wait any longer to use it so he’s just been using it with 1 way to drink now ... show more
