  • Great for keeping special needs son in bed!
Size: Full Style: Built-in
My 21 year old intellectually disabled son (adjusted age is about 3-4 years) recently started leaving his bedroom at night. I was concerned for his safety and that he and everyone else in our house were not getting much sleep. I bought this along with some straps that go under the bed to secure sheets ( this goes around the mattress like a fitted sheet). It has solved our issue! He is now sleeping again rather than wanting to be up roaming the house at 2am. I really like that 3 of the sides have the mesh screens to allow for airflow so he doesn’t get too hot at night. It also seems to be good quality as he tried very hard to get out of it, and it didn’t rip or tear. This is a great alternative for families waiting to be approved for the much more expensive specialty bed that functions like this bed tent. Just make sure you get the sheet fasteners to secure it to the bed. The first night we had it, I did not secure it with the fasteners, and he figured out how to pull up on it and get out. ... show more

  • Worth it

As I have a autistic child . Bedtime was hard . Now it’s super easy. I feel as if this is a knockoff of cubby bed. Maybe not as high tech. Works so well , for the most part sturdy.

  • Night shifter's friend
Size: Full Style: External
Got this because I sleep during the day and hoped it might help. Bit of a pain assembling, I can't imagine having to do so in a small bedroom. But once it's up and on the bed it's satisfactorily stable. It can definitely get a bit too steamy in the warmer months, even with A/C, so I recommend getting a tent fan to help move the air around and make things more comfortable. If you're looking for complete darkness in a room with blinds/curtains open, this will not help you. But to help filter down excess light coming from other sources, it absolutely does the job. My only minor gripes are I wish there were hooks and pockets on both ends. of the tent. One of the corner velcro bands tore off, but that was due to my own stupidity, so I'm not counting that against them. It didn't hinder the stability of the tent. ... show more

  • Great for my autistic granddaughter.

I purchased this for my autistic granddaughter and she loved it right from the start. She loves getting in it and feeling secluded and she sleeps all night.

  • How far can I throw this…..
Size: Queen Style: Built-in
I should start by saying that my heart rate variability was the best it has ever been the first night i slept in this. That is the only positive thing I’ll be able to say because this was the most aggravating thing to put together. I did somehow lose the instructions and I couldn’t find any on you tube of this exact tent. I’m not sure how all of these people were able to put this tent up with “ease” because it took me 2 nights. I have a queen size bed and ordered the queen size no matter how I positioned it one side would hang off the bed with the length and width. It didn’t at all fit on the frame the right way. This thing sucks and I’m returning it. The concept and idea…..well …. In my opinion this was way to expensive to be as aggregating as it is and to not fit. I don’t even want to think about a tent after putting this one up. It’s also very hot even with the doors (which I wanted to…rip apart- and I’m not violent) open. It doesn’t look good because it doesn’t fit right and therefore there is nothing comforting about it. I think this was a waste of a $100 and I wouldn’t recommend buying it at all or any other unless the design is better. ... show more

  • Goes on like a fitted sheet
Size: Bunk Twin Style: Built-in
Bought this for my autistic daughter while we wait for approval of a cubby bed. But it’s not worth the money. It’s not fully enclosed because the bottom of the mates is exposed because it goes on like a fitted sheet. My daughter figured out how to get out of it through the bottom. Rest of the tent was great. ... show more

  • Once you put it up the first time. It gets easier
Size: Full Style: External
I love that thing. Takes a minute to set up but I do love it. I can sleep forever in the thing. And on vacation at my house it was perfect.
Reviewed in the United States on November 13, 2024 by I’m very impressed. Their have been a lot of freaky storms with high winds and rain and this thing is tied to a car with bungee cord tie down (just lazy) and it’s tough as it says. Worth the little bit extra for real quality heavy duty stuff will perform well for you. I’m really impressed. And so are my neighbors

  • Has three double zipper mesh doors one darker one clear
Size: Large Style: External
Hello. I have a 3 year old autistic grandson who is a bam bam. I read the womans review regarding her autistic son so I purchased this Borna Queen size bed I am waiting to get the cubbybed as well for him as it needs a prescription. So I ordered this about two months ago. It was am easy setup however instructions needs work. My grandson loves it. He plays inside and sleeps better. However. He did manage to rip the clear mesh in three spots from rocking I used a needle and thread thick thread. And spray glue. Not all children are rough. Its been workout great. But eventually will get the cubbybed as it is designed for children like my grandson. Id say this is an excellent product. If I need to purchase another one before I get the cubby bed I will. Only if he rips it up. I did have a question, can you buy the Mesh material.seoerstly without the poles? I'd definatly recommend for anyone who needs better sleep it is a very nice canopy bed. It's just our grandson is rough sometimes love the canooy bed. ... show more
