I was excited and skeptical with this purchase. I love bonsai trees and I have always wanted to grow one but was nervous about how this would work purchasing it over the Internet. The kit came with everything I needed to get started including the pots, the soil, name tags, and seeds. I followed the instructions and sure enough - in a little over a week from planting i have sprouts starting to grow! I know bonsai tree's is a slow process and requires patience but i love that this kit gave me several different species to work with, clear instructions, all needed items to get started, and the seeds are actually growing. I am very happy with this bonsai kit. It includes everything I need. I also did not know what kind of bonsai tree to try and grow, and this includes 7 varieties! I am so excited for these to start growing. I will try and update when I see some sprouts. All the included items are high quality. The shears are sharp and easy to use. The pots are also very convenient with the pre drilled holes in the bottom. I had other pots before and I did not like that I had to drill my own holes. The tray also fits very well. I purchased this bonsai starter kit for my daughter who is in high school. She is into gardening and wanted to try her hand at growing her own bonsai tree. The price of this kit was great. You get everything you need to get growing. We can’t wait to see what the results are once it starts growing!

    • Growing beautifully
Started off with 2 seeds and they are both growing perfectly. The kit is very easy to use- just add water to the expandable soil and pop the seeds in. Make sure to not add too much water because mold can grow easily on this soil but you can just scoop it out of it happens

Original review... I would like to try again with other seeds but no way to contact seller *** Update *** The seller saw my review and contacted me via email. They immediately worked to resolve my issue. I was sent a replacement package to try again. I have not had sprouts yet, due to them not yet having enough time... However, I am glad to be given their support in trying again. The support team on this matter was great & shipped the replacements right away. ... show more
