The quality and the comfort of this chair is beyond everything I expected!! The wood is heavy and sturdy and the fabric is thick and durable. The cushions are so soft and give so much support. Assembly was incredibly easy! Took me under 10min. You will love this chair!!

Pieces are very pretty and well packaged. The only issue I had was the screws provided did not fit meaning neither size was long enough to reach the socket to tighten. Used the long ones where the short ones were supposed to go. Will need to purchase extra long ones for other parts.

Love these chairs! Super comfortable, perfect height, easy to put together. The lumbar pillows are super nice. A little wonky.. but you could always get different pillows if it really bothers you. All in all, I would highly recommend.

The main complaint from our clients was the height of the chair. The chair itself is fairly comfortable. One of the chairs had awkward holes so the large screws kept going in crooked. Must be a defective chair. The other was worked out and looks great.
