    • Seems pretty well made.
The base has 2 inlets. One for air and one for water or sand. I filled it with water and it took a surprising amount of time and water to fill it. Once you do, it's heavy and pretty stabile. The second and top levels take air, and you'll need a good pump with the right nozzle to fill them up completely. If you don't, it's pretty floppy and not very effective. Once you get it properly filled it works pretty well. Not like a heavy bag, but good enough for practicing your punching and kicking techniques. I don't know if or how well it would hold up against a big MMA pounding, but for me it's a nice bag to have around. And you probably won't want to fill it with water if it's in your house just in case it springs a leak. But if you keep it outside you may want/need some kind of cover to protect it from weather, birds, etc. I hope that helps. Thanks for reading and liking. ... show more

Bokest - Large Punching Boxing Bag I like how this is made in layers like a cake. The bottom part is wider and larger than the next top part. There are three sections with it's own individual air chamber and fill nozzle. The bottom stand you can fill with water or sand to keep it from moving around or from falling over. But if you fill it with sand completely it will be like trying to lift concrete as it will be so heavy. The same with water so you should make sure you have it in a place where you don't need to move it around again before filling. Or you can place it in a large heavy bag or on a stand that you can grab and move easily. You actually don't even need to fill it up all the way. I find that just filling it up with air it is well balanced and will stand up on it's own without any sand or water filling. This way I can still move it around easily and mainly use it as a speed or focus bag. It's not really to build up your heavy hits as that would best be by using a heavy bag. If I do decide to fill it with water later I would only fill it about a quarter way to give it more stability and would also put a heavy trash bag around the bottom just in case it leaks. And once it is filled be careful about dragging it around on the cement floor which may wear out and tear the bottom. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I was very excited to have the opportunity to try this freestanding punching bag out, as it's about the last part of my home gym I need to encorporate so I can get back into working out. I'm sure you understand my bewilderment when this giant phallic plastic thing came out of the box. I chose to fill it up with water as opposed to sand (sand just seems like it could be a real pain to clean if for some reason there was a puncture in one of the bag's chambers!!) The packaging is good, and nothing arrived damaged. I was a little concerned when I first opened the package, but once it is inflated, it really is fantastic. The material is excellent, and this is going to last for a really long time. I have A LOT of bottled up anger from years of stress, heartbreaks, and just life in general being annoying, so I've always wanted to invest in a punching bag that I could let loose on. This punch bag is great! Shadowboxing is a fantastic exercise, and after a 30 minute session, I was drenched in sweat, feeling absolutely fantastic! Very doable, sturdy, and easy to inflate, water or sand, must be added to keep your punching bag from tipping over… I had so much fun punching on the punching bag, myself and my daughter spent about an hour punching on the bag , with are boxing gloves.🤗🤗 SO FUN..🤩 definitely would recommend…

This stand up inflatable punching bag delivers on its promises. I used water instead of aand fir the base and did not fill it completely, maybe half way, and then added air to fill it up the base. Stands upright and takes punches and kicks well. Its a nice change from a heavy bag because it responds back to your hits to upright again to take another hit.
