On first use by my 9 year old, 70 pound daughter, the board bent riding shallow, tiny white water waves. Contacted company to take advantage of their "no-hassle" guarantee only to have multiple hassles of them giving me claim codes that didn't work..3 times. Finally had to get Amazon customer service involved and they sent a new, replacement board (we'll see how long this one lasts). Anyway, not sure this board is worthy of this price. And good luck if you have to deal with this company's customer service. But kudos to Amazon for treating me right with the company's inadequacies. ... show more
