Amazing grip that I know won't melt off, wash off, or rub off during a couple hour surf sesh. Living between Maui and Big Island I have tried a few waxes but this by far is my favorite because it is easy to apply, holds on tight, and is easy to remove when the time comes. I'd say in direct sunlight at about 80 degrees or up it will begin to melt off which is usually my intention if it finds itself there and with any card it is easy to remove like a film rather than a paste like some others. I believe sex wax is just the best brand I've experienced and if you find the right temperature for your scene then you'll appreciate your choice. I've made the purchase about a dozen times and probably will start buying in bulk because personally, I don't think there's any better options. ... show more

    • My favorite wax for good reason
Color: 4x Cool to Warm Size: 3 Pack
This stuff, when applied correctly, provides a great grip and stays sticky. I use number four even in the summer as it seems to be more sticky than the warmer weather waxes. I get a lot of use out of each cake of wax and it covers with an evenly clumped consistency when applied to the board.

I mean it is Mr. Zogg’s original. The same stuff I have been using since the 80s is now in an eco friendly wrapper. It still smells amazing. This three pack is great for laying down an initial layer on the long board or piling it on your little shredder. I don’t know when things changed and surf wax wasn’t available at every surf shop by the beach but it seems damned near impossible to find lately.
