    • Missing Parts, Beware
I had a huge problem from the get-go as I couldn't finish building the machine since I was missing pieces for it. I contacted customer service and got parts I needed within about a couple days. I'm glad they didn't give me any fuss and got the missing parts relatively quickly, but i'm a bit irritated that I couldn't complete the machine I bought when I wanted because THEY forgot to send parts the machine needed in the first place. No idea how it feels yet since I don't want to sit in and potentially damage the machine when it isn't finished yet. I'll update this later when it's finally completed, but these points still stand. Edit: Feb - I had someone help fix the machine and put the parts together for me. Works as intended I guess, but I didn't know that you couldn't use the arm part and the leg part at the same time. I wanted to use this machine at the same time with my mom so we could feel like we're a team but we can't, so that's a bummer. But the machine DOES work. ... show more
