Just arrived today, I'm using it right now. I have always been satified with other Conair products so when I saw this I was impressed by the price compared to other models. I am recovering from severe tendonitis in my back from working out in my home gym. This gives just the right amount of vibration, neither too weak nor too strong, all the power I need. The piece of string I added that you will see in the picture that I posted was to be sure the seat stays upright but it seems to do that quite nicely on its own.     • Heat function is not great
I mainly bought this for the heat function. I have back issues and sometimes use a heating pad while I'm working, but it's hard to keep the heating pad in the right place, so I wanted something like this that I could fasten to my office chair. The size, comfort, etc. is fine and the massage feature is decent, but the heat is pretty much nonexistent. You can barely tell that it's on (in fact, yesterday I actually forgot that I had it on and accidentally left it on overnight). It would be nice if the heating function had a low-medium-high option like the massage does. I'll be returning this and looking for something else, unfortunately. ... show more

Great price, performs as advertised. I appreciate the programmable lower back, middle back, and heat functions. The vibrations pulse alternately on the left and right, producing a sensation similar to kneading, but gentler. A few minutes sitting on this thing loosens the knots in my lower back and dispels any pinch-like pain. It's one of the best things I've done for my chronic in-and-out lower back strain since I first injured myself 17 years ago. It may not work for everyone, but it sure works for me. ... show more

This thing is literally just a bunch of vibrating blocks wrapped inside a cover, there's no rhyme or reason to this design and it's blatantly, obviously cheap/low quality construction. This is not a relaxing massage, it's just like sitting on top of your phone as it vibrates. I will be spending some money for my next purchase, when it comes to comfort, you get what you pay for. ... show more

    • Depends on what you’re looking for.
So I purchased this body massage for my clients when they are in my chair in hopes it will almost feel like when you go to the nail shop and get a massage. But no ! I gave it a 2 star because I expected just a little bit more. It just vibrates🤷🏾♀️ And I guess that’s okay but that’s all it does. I mean for the price $17 just to vibrate is cool because it takes away from your butt being sore perhaps. Funny thing is I don’t even put it in my clients chair. I wanted to get like a plastic piece to go over it because different clients come in my chair and it’s not leather so I can’t wipe it down. We have purchased a total of three of these massaging seat cushions with very short-lived performance... the first one went out within a matter of days & was replaced. (This was my husband's - the replacement lasted for about two weeks & I gave him mine as it had been working well for about a month - lo & behold it went totally out (except for heat) in two days!!!! As far as both of us are concerned, this product is a total piece of junk! Seems it is one of those "you get what you pay for" items. :-( ... show more

Having purchased 2 units, for 2 friends with back problems, I have to say that they both were very pleased with the results. Not that they cured their problems, but they certainly gave them some relief at times throughout the day. I also have two of my own units and keep one at home and one at my winter home as a "just in case" for my husband. And, I must add, that both parties were more than pleased with the cost of the massaging seat.......! ... show more
