This is a wonderful sound system (I purchased 2 - one for my living room and one for my bedroom). The only issue I have is that the controls are on the bass box, which is supposed to sit on the floor. The low profile causes an issue with using the remote control - the signal can be blocked easily although the remote is supposed to be RF, it acts as a line of sight only for both systems.     • Overall great product
I'm pretty happy with this surround sound. I only have a couple of minor complaints and none of them are related to sound quality. All of the speakers sound great and the system can go plenty loud. My main complaints are: 1. There are no pre-drilled holes for the mounting brackets to hang the speakers on the wall so you're essentially screwing into the back of the speaker. 2. Even when the system is off the large blue strips on the front of the subwoofer are illuminated making this system not ideal for spaces where you may need or want to complete darkness. My bedroom is right off the room I'm using this and if I don't close the door I can see the lights from my bed. 3. The volume control allows you to individually adjust each speaker. This is great except that aside from the subwoofer, they're all just maxed all the way out. I suppose I could turn the entire system up more and then turn down individual speakers but it seems more trouble than it's worth. 4 stars because I'm concerned I'll damage the speakers by screwing the screws directly into them and turning "off" the sound system doesn't turn off the lights. ... show more

    • Great system, great sound, no customer service.
This system provides brilliant crisp sound although the bass is still overpowering when turned all the way down. It is effortless to set up but does not provide remote codes if you would like to control the volume with your service provider. I for instance am unable to add the Volume up/down or power control to my FireTV max 4k. I have reached out via the provided customer service address and it bounces back as "unavailable." ... show more

This surround sound system is good for small rooms the front 3 speakers work great but the 2 for the back you can barely hear anything from them other then that it works great

After using our fire stick remote for volume control we realized the volume level wasn’t reaching the maximum level. After trying the sound system remote we noticed a Significant increase in the volume level. Happy with our purchase.

Very good product, can be loud, great connectivity, left it on for like a week and functions fine, keep dropping the speakers from at least four feet up and they are fine too, decently durable for minor falls! Great product!

It works great! Easy to use and hook up. Long wires to connect the speakers. I thought the entire thing was wireless. But they work amazing!

    • Good for the purpose
I like watching TV with surround sound and the long speaker's long wires allowed me to place them in the rear and front of the room. I do wish the wires for the side speakers were longer though. I have an older TV so I could not connect the speaker through the HDMI but it does work through the Coaxial. The speakers work well if I am watching something through my ROKU device but they don't work when I am watching regular TV, nor, for some reason HBO max. Also, since I can't pull sound through HDMI I cannot adjust the individual speakers. Nevertheless, the sound is good and I don't feel like I wasted my $$$. When I get a newer TV I'm sure I'll have a better sound experience. The only absolute worst part of this system is the remote which is totally worthless. I have two remotes and neither of them work even when right up in front of the control tower. ... show more
