The screen cover did not work, but I still gave five stars as the case is great for protecting the Kindle. Mine fall a lot, extra due to seizures, but there has been no damage to the device. One comment on the color: the picture looks like a brighter purple than it is. It is more like eggplant color and appears black in the dark even when the screen is lit. It seems like it will be effective at protecting the tablet if dropped or thrown, and also protects the screen from scratching. It doesn't seem sturdy enough to protect tablet or screen from cracking if your toddler sits, lays or stands on the tablet. So you'll need to supervise if you have a toddler that can get roudy like ours 😆 our toddler loves that it stands up and the handle feature is nice. It's a little hard to get the charging cord in and out with the thickness of the case with the small slot for the hole, but it may just be the nature of the product since the foam is thick for kids. My son is neuro divergent and touch sensitive. This case worked very well, it is soft to the touch, fit snug around the tablet and my son loves it. The kickstand on the back also helps keep it in place while he plays Roblox. Would definitely buy another one.

Got this for my Fire 10 and it doesn’t properly fit. It’s just loose enough that the tablet bounces around a bit inside of the case and it broke the tablet within a week and the case is destroyed as the corners have broken off of the screen protector The screen protector also left permanent spots on the screen itself around the edges ... show more
