I dont write reviews. I just dont do it. But this thing deserves a good review. Pro's and Cons: I will list them all out. My first trip into solar generators. It has been extremely eye opening. I received my MaxOak 6 days ago. In those 6 days I had all of our house cell phones, Bluetooth boxes, and emergency radios hooked up to it. 6 days of charging ALL of our devices. I have had drills, Electric chainsaws and any other device you can think about running on it,. I did charge it up completely when I received it. But it powered everything I threw at it. And that is what is amazing about it. It was half empty after 6 days! Today I stuck it on a single 200 watt cheap Chinese solar panel and it fully recharged in 6 hours. I am going to buy another 200 watt panel so I can drain it almost completely and recharge it in a single day. The MPPT controller gave me 160 watts most of the time. With another panel it would be ridiculous. The thing is incredibly efficient. And at the price it is currently listed is a steal. Pros: Will power anything you throw at it. But it has to be under 1K Watts. The MPPT controller is top notch. Literally steals watts with clouds in the sky. Relatively portable. It is not light. But it isnt ridiculous either. Unbelievably affordable right now. Cons: The display is straight up trash. No excuses for it. You have no idea how long it will take to recharge the battery bank through solar. Or how long it will last when charged and pulling a draw. You are limited to 2 solar panels. The amps make it so. I am going to buy another 200 watt wired in series panel to go with it though. ' Final thougts: 1) The thing is ridiculously good at this price point, 2) I am going to order another one to power my minifridge incase the world collapses. 3) Buy one now while you can.     • Reliable Power When You Need It

I had several reasons justifying my purchase of the BLUETTI 1500Wh Power Station. I was looking for something I could use to power a fan to keep me cool when I volunteer at charity evens that are outside in Florida heat. I also go camping several times a year, and I have a lot of things to power at night. I live in Florida where its not unusual to have storms that knock out the utility power. I also work from home, so its very important that I am able to have an alternative power available in an emergency situation for my job. I've considered battery power vs generator power for years, but when I consider the inconvenience of having to travel with generator gas, and how loud generators are, I always end up going back to the battery option. So just to be clear the BLUETTI is not lightweight. When I take this battery with me, I am a bit older, so I will certainly make sure to have a wagon with me to transport it to my destination. I performed a test with the battery just to see how long it would operate the fan that I take with me volunteering and the BLUETTI Power station powered my tall Lasko fan for over 24 hours while running constantly. So if I volunteer outside 8 hours during the day, I presume that it should operate for 3 days before requiring the next charge. I didn't measure how long it took me to charge the BLUETTI when I first received it, but it but I think it was about 4 or 5 hours to top it off. I haven't timed how long it will take to charge from being completely drained yet, and I also have not charged it from my solar panel yet, as I need to replace the plugs on my solar panel. So far I think the Power station will work really well for my camping needs, my volunteer work, and in case of a hurricane emergency. The only other thing I observed about it, was that it turns on a small fan while charging, so it's not totally silent while it charges, but that was not a deal breaker for me. The other observation I read in the instructions is that it said that it was not meant to run in high humidity conditions. Since I live in Florida where it is very humid I think that this will result in me storing the battery inside, whereas before I have stored my battery banks outside in my shed. I think it will take more usage to get a full understanding of the ideal operating conditions. I will update this later if I find any humidity issues. The directions also instructs that for optimal performance, it needs to be recharged once a month. So if you buy this as a battery backup, and think that its not going to require any maintenance you may want to rethink your strategy. Otherwise I am super excited to have many adventures with my new BLUETTI 1500Wh Power Station, I am looking forward to using for a diverse range of purposes.
