So far the muffs seem to work fine. They installed on my hard hat fine, charged fine, seemed to block noise fine, paired with my work iPhone fine, worked fine with audio media, though not so great for test call. I only pulled one star for this at the moment, and will adjust my rating after I determine if the issues are with the headset, our lackluster carrier for my work iPhone, my work iPhone itself, or my less than optimal network connection. There is a good chance it is the noise canceling feature of the microphone software, but there are equal chances it is something else. So far, it seems decent for the price. More testing will come in actual work environments. ... show more

I’m doing 6-10s in a loud plant factory and I’m the ground guy and let me explain why I got these my company does provide the Milwaukee earmuff for the hard hat but man am I brain dead if I’m the ground guy the quality is what you expect it’s plastic the ear muffs pad are a little hard on your ears and if it’s your first time using these on your hard had your neck might be sore from the weight but overall for the price compared to other one it’s not bad unless you want super high end ones then go for it play time is awesome charge every other day but like to charge daily sounds okay too I used for music or podcast to make the time more comfortable/ entertaining so that I’m not too complacent ... show more

Earmuffs work really well, have a great battery life, and are very easy to setup. My only complaint is that the wire runs at an inconvenient spot, I can tell over time it will wear out due to rubbing on the frame of the muffs. I use them for audiobooks and the sound quality is pretty good, not sure how well they work for music. The muffs do not sit as tight on my head as I would like them to, however they do still significantly reduce ambient noise with the position they sit in. ... show more

These are comfy and mostly quality hard hat attachable earmuffs, but they have an imperfection or two that prevent the five star review they would otherwise get from me. I have bluetooth earbuds and wired earbuds (usb c, lightning, 3.5mm) and wired headphones (3.5mm) and these earmuffs are the second worst performer of the menagerie, many earbuds outperform them. I understand that earmuffs naturally dampen sound as part of their primary function, but the sound from these is underwhelming even in comparison to some bluetooth ear muffs I have tried from ten years ago. I didn't get these ear muffs because I needed them to be acoustically flawless, but the sound should be better, especially for the price. As for the primary, noise cancelling function, it is good, but could be even better. With the microphone and power turned off, I can still hear some things like human speech, nearby chainsaws, airplanes flying overhead and cars passing by, when others have rendered it barely noticeable. It is a highly marked improvement over being exposed to these noises without them on, but the 70USD price tag demands better performance than even this good standard. The ear muffs install easily on any hard hat that doesn't have a full brim, and the right ear cups buttons make it easy to control whatever audio is playing. It is simple to pair and has a good battery life so far, and despite what I said about the audio quality, I do enjoy having audio functionality, no matter the limitations of the quality, integrated in my hard hat muffs. ... show more
