We purchased a few sets to hang under the gutters/soffits on the first story roof, next year we plan to get more for the second story. I installed hooks under the soffits so have a fast installation, easy take down. One set has a poor connection and will have to be fixed before next year. For how much money we spent we shouldn't have to do this. Instructions claim 4 sets can be connected but I could only connect up to 2 sets. 3 or 4 sets with one power supply make them dim and not work at all. When you first plug them in they are all in sync but if you give it a few minutes teach icicle becomes random. ... show more

We love the lights. They are bright. Red,green,blue the lights go from top to bottom to look like it is falling. They are random so they do not go in a wave or anything. You can not change the direction the blink or the color.

The icicles are easy to hang, good amount of cord length. Survived the wind. Bright lights and colorful. We ordered 5 strands and would order l more if we had a place to hang them.

These were so easy to hang, nicely packed and light as a feather and the energy and light they produce is phenomenal!! Our lanai is beautiful now. I don't know how long they will last so if they burn out (these do not get hot to the touch either) then I will be back to change this review.!
