FYI, the velcro straps are there to let you strap down the brake lever when you are trying to align/center the brake caliper with the road disc and brake pads engaged. the syringe is kinda cheap but it's a good thing that they selected a syringe that has no rubber. rubber is going to get degraded pretty quickly by the mineral oil. worst piece to me is probably the design of the piston spacer tool. I think it probably fits better on some other type of caliper.. It did work, but it didn't make 100% even coverage over the piston which is important as that piston is vulnerable to braking if the pressure isn't even. (as i have personally found out trying to use a allen wrench as a spacer. this plastic spacer is definitely better than an allen wrench! ... show more

My only grip is the syringe is kind of cheap. But I knew that going in. Other than that it’s a good value for a kit that won’t get used a ton.

As a novice, bleeding my brakes on both my bikes for the first time this was super easy to follow and this saved me a fair bit of money at the bike shop. Well worth the money and the brakes only use a tiny amount of the oil so plenty left for more brake burps later on. Will be buying from this company again in the future. ... show more

This kit works great at a fraction of the cost of the Park kit. Pair it with a big bottle of extra mineral oil (you’ll need it) and bleeding brakes is a breeze (once you figure it out).
