Used it to tighten the 11 speed SRAM cog set on my Marin gravel bike. Very wll made. You can use a wrench or a 1/2 drive with it.

Same situation as others have found. I'm breaking out the file or maybe emory cloth to reduce teeth hight so I can just stop banging on my parts. I probably should have checked my bottom bracket for fit before hammering. Pretty sure it's going to be a dedicated Shimano tool after the alteration because I doubt it will be safe on other brand items. Update* I found out what that pin is for! So you can't put it in a drill and file it down to fit Shimano. 😆 That b fit so tight and exact I expect to see this be an almost life long tool. ... show more

Doesn't quite fit shimano lockrings without tapping it in. Doesn't fit over the axle for Shimano rotor lockrings, it's not deep enough. Get the Park Tool Fr-5.2 instead, it can be found cheaper and actually works. I waited too long to use it and now I cannot return it. Junk knock off.
