Push and turn flame-thrower primary ignition, backup flash tube secondary ignition and cross tubes ensure a steady, reliable flame with every start. A large capacity grease tray with a hole in the center directs grease down to the drip tray below for easy cleaning. This griddle will not light reliably and inevitably results in an explosion. This has happened 4 times. the manufacturer has been out and validate the gas supply meets specifications. but having had this grill explode on us with 4 separate people is ridiculously unsafe. Just to show that i'm not bashing Blaze, i have a Blaze side burner and grill and love them both. The griddle is a bomb. just don't buy it!!!! ... show more
