After researching Bidets for while this one always came up as one of best overall and if works good may invest in better one with more options like warm water, fan, etc. Everything seams great, easy to install, came with everything needed to install and took 30min to complete , had a small drip but just tightened some more and stopped. Water on high is wide open if misses you will spray good distance half way up wall butneorks great and has spray for women turn handle one way and another spray for men or guess butt area.     • Very poor quality and a severe leak developed in the product after just one year.
The media could not be loaded. Product is very poor quality and developed a severe leak that flooded the bathroom when the bidet was engaged. I am trying to contact the retailer to see what can be done about this.

Can't believe we waited so long to finally try these out. We liked the first one so well we put another one in the upstairs guest toilet. Just love them and yes they were easy to install with just the basic tools most people would have on hand. The only installation issue to me was it would have been nice if they had included a tiny roll of plumbers (Teflon) tape as I'm not sure that is something everyone would have on hand.     • T fitting supplied difficult to install
The appliance works well. However, the metal t fitting that was provided was designed to fit onto the bottom of the cistern. This proved impossible (for me) given the design of my toilet and available access space as I could not get a wrench positioned to tighten the male end cistern fitting. After literally hours of frustration, and four trips to the local hardware store I gave up. Fortunately, I went to Vancouver the next day for a scheduled trip and went into a major plumbing supply store, where I described my problem. A customer overheard me talking to the clerk (who couldn’t think of a fix), went to his truck and came back with a brass t fitting that attached to the water source with the perpendicular male end available for the hose leading to the bidet. Using this allowed me to leave the easy plastic, hand tightening female end to remain attached to the cistern. Tooke me all of ten minutes to complete. I imagine that other brands supply similar cistern attachable fittings which I would discard if problematic and find an at water source t fitting instead.
