The media could not be loaded. So after I set up the whole griddle and get everything leveled I start to realize there is a lot of play from where the actual griddle connects to the base. I spent the extra money thinking I’m going to get a great griddle and now I have this headache. Now I have to figure out how to return this huge package.     • Lacks quality and good instructions
Upon opening the lower metal pan that is riveted on was poorly assembled and rivets were broken. Holes were too big for the 1/8" rivet and too small for 3/16". Good thing I'm handy, I had to drill holes to 3/16" and install all new rivets. Was easier than returning, you should know this in case you aren't handy. Also, the instructions suck and some of the fitment isn't the best. In the end it does what we need it to do but will require some repair on the build and quality and will take some figuring out of assembly. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Awesome Griddle. Huge cooking area that stay pretty evenly heated if desired or control burners separately. Shelf space is amazing with the extension, easy to accessorize and make you feel like a pro. Be sure to pick up your griddle seasoning so you can be ready to go
