For the price it is a good value. There are definitely pros and cons to be aware of. Pros: It feels heavy/ sturdy and has a very shiny look. (If you want matte, this isn't it.) I was pleased this was not a Dollar General look and feel. Cons: one knife already had a small speck of rust. I noticed after washing them when taking them out of the box and drying immediately. Will watch to see the rest of the set but so far so good after about a week. Also, they do pick up spots easily so be mindful of that. ... show more

my only issue is the steak knives, they have changed a bit on the bladed sides after use but otherwise everything else has held up great and i have had them for about a year now. since they are black and glossy they do show streaks but i think that is expected with glossy black silverware. 10/10 recommend. ... show more
