  • Highly recommend
They are highly quality, sturdy and beautiful. I like them because they aren't really trendy but a timeless style.

  • Nice!
Modern and heavy. Looks classy. Kind of digs into my palms like they didn't smooth out the ends enough. I bought these way before we needed them so too late to return. But they are good looking and feel nice and heavy in your hand.

  • Definitely different than Costco
You can clearly see on the one I received from Amazon. The knife has no label where it was created. The bottom one is from Costco made in Vietnam.

  • Happy with purchase

  • The best customer service
I received my flatware and was missing a piece, I emailed customer service and a few days later I received the missing piece. The way this company responded to my issue and fixed the problem is how all companies should treat their customers. I’d give them 6 stars if I could! Fantastic! The quality is outstanding as well, sturdy with a high polish. I used a teaspoon for ice cream without an issue! Thanks!!! ... show more

  • Nice but heavy
They look very nice and good quality. I just give it 4 stars because it is in the too heavy side

  • NOT 18/10!
Love this modern style. Perfect weight and length. A bit pricy for the quality though - NOT 18/10 as described in the listing. I would not have paid $50+ for a 20 piece 18/0 set, but I didn’t have the time to facilitate a return.

  • Huge drop in quality when manufacturing moved to China
So initially, I purchased a set of these at Costco last year and they were decent quality. By no means perfect but good quality for the price. I decided to get another set, but Costco was sold out so I picked this set up on Amazon. I noticed right away the packaging was different, but as I put the silverware away I realized they didn't stack correctly. Turns out the angle of the handle on the spoons/forks is completely different. I checked the packaging and noticed the manufacturing changed from Vietnam to China. On closer inspection, I noticed the tines on the new forks were all misshapen and bent. The angle at the base of the handles appears to be roughly free-hand ground, and every one is asymmetrical and different from one another. The metal is also pitted and shows grind marks were where they roughly tried to buff it out. So I reached out to Mikasa to see if I could get a replacement set and they sent one. Unfortunately, these were also manufactured in China and far worse than the 1st set I got from Amazon. A few of the forks have tines that are actually painfully sharp, and the ends on them are heat discolored and wildly different sizes when you compare forks. They displayed the same poor quality free-hand grinding, pitting, and grind marks. So to the reviews that mention counterfeits, I can guarantee the ones that came directly from Mikasa are genuine and they were the worst of the three sets I received. I've attached some photos first showing the poor quality of the newest set from Mikasa, and the later photos are showing the quality difference between the Vietnam set and the set sent from Amazon. ... show more
