I never write reviews this is actually my first one. With a house full of kids I couldn’t keep matching nice dinnerware no matter how hard I tried. They are all older now some off to college and some starting families of their own. I decided it was time to invest in some dinnerware that I could be proud to host a celebration. They are gorgeous. The black and white contrast really show the details. It’s well made. The right amount of weight. Feels good in my hands. It was affordable and extremely great value. I was worried about the print wearing off in the dishwasher but so far cleaning is easy and they stay shiny. I absolutely adore this silverware set. I have a set of black dishes, and these silverware compliment the dish set so well. They’re sturdy and flawlessly made, and easy to clean. I have only had them for a short amount of time, but no chipping or fading has yet to occur. I highly recommend this set!

The product is as described, it looks very nice and is easy to clean, and is very sturdy, sadly in my case the shipping box came with some damage, and 2 spoons were scratched, not a major issue but that was just poorly packaging, still the damage was on the edge and easy to overlook. Okay, going to preface this review that I still, two years later, give 5 stars. The first year of having this set I exclusively used a dishwasher. The 2nd year, has been hand washing after moving to a place without a dishwasher. I'd say within 4-ish months of hand washing, I noticed the scratches/tarnishing. Now, who's to say it isn't 2 years of use, clanking around in the sink + being washed in any way...Regardless, guests compliment them, and I love this set still. Even with the scratches/tarnishing, there isn't an uneven or chipped feel to the silverware. I honestly felt the dishwasher would have eaten them up sooner with the high heat. I sort of feel like abrasive direct cleaning with various sponges/scrubbers may have done worse but I honestly can't be certain. Use your best judgement. I am happy still with this set and I don't think anyone but me (who washes them) would notice the (now) imperfections of wear, tear, time and use. I'd say for how pretty they are, the price was absolutely worth it. ... show more
