It took very little time to assemble the storage rack. It is not made to hold heavy items, but it will hold quite a bit of light items, when trying to organize a garage or shed. Just make sure that you have the weight distributed evenly.

Product came in a timely manner. Wrapped securely. Very easy to assemble, but do need a mallet to get the posts in securely. I don’t have a mallet so used a hammer with a terry towel to protect the plastic. Worked fine. It is sturdy but obviously not as sturdy as more expensive and heavier units. I know this looks like a hot mess and it is, believe me but I wanted to show you how I am using and abusing this. It’s in my DEN, not shed or garage or carport. It was fast and super easy to put together with a rubber mallet. (Don’t overuse the rubber mallet or you will not be able to have the poles set in evenly). This is far more sturdy than I thought it would be but then when I thought of it being made by Black and Decker I realized of course it will live up to its name recognition. I keep everything i use daily next to me within arms reach. I have cancer and it’s hard to keep getting up so i have my lamp then clock, block with all my cords, headphones and iPad and PC. My hand cleaner and Verizon Wi-Fi box and on the bottom i keep the heaviest stuff like cleaners and things like that that we don't have room for in our closet. (Not shown in pictures i just realized). It’s sturdy and if I cleaned it up which takes all of 3 min. There is no reason it can’t look ok to have in a den with a sick person. I just wanted to show you how i usually have it before it gets to me and then i use that 3 min. or less to clean it up. I love this and am thinking of getting them for in our shed to store the tools and such that is out there. ... show more
