Purchased as an early Christmas present for my 10 yr old grandson with a recent interest in coding. He wanted to know how many boxes there are and to NEVER cancel his subscription. The instructions are easy to follow and the themes hold his interest, which says a lot for him. My only “wish” is that t
here was more of an explanation for what each variable in the coding represents, but I was able to explain most of it to him (I’m not a coder, but understand the basics from work experience). Even after completing each project in the box, he will be able to go back and change up the variables to see how it affects the output. This is perfect for his age and I highly recommend. He is already waiting for box #2!

I bought this for my nephew, but decided to see if the my older (4th-5th graders) summer campers wanted to try bitbox. They loved it! Hopefully they will all get subscriptions this year for gifts! They begged to do my bitbox each week. My 2nd and 3rd graders saw what was happening and they jumped in
for some coding fun! Definitely recommend for upper elementary and up!

the Grandkids look forward to receiving the kits. The product seems to be very good. They recently moved and I had trouble changing the address. Bitsbox was very responsive and helpful. I even got a live person that went out of her way. The problem is that I purchased through Amazon and I could never
find out how to correct the matter. Online was very difficult to maneuver. I could never get a real person at Amazon to help and the online help was not 'need specific'. I still don't know if the problem is fixed and I can't even change the billing.

Horrible Customer Service

I have been trying to cancel this for over 4 months. In the description it says ‘cancel anytime’ but they just ignore you. My child is not at all interested and the boxes just keep coming. I’m at my wits end.

I heard about this from a friend and decided to try it for my 8yo who was interested in programming games. He LOVES it. Will spend hours playing around with it! I like how each box gets a little harder, but it's still super fun for him. Also, the seller is super responsive! Very impressed, worth ever
y penny. There are two levels of boxes and while the fancier one does come with some extra goodies, I think the basic box is good enough and a better deal. (We got the first one deluxe and the second one just basic)
