I have to say that I have been super impressed with this product and the company itself. My wife lived in Europe for a lot of her life and used to travel around the world. She has missed that recently and the food especially. I thought that this would be a great gift to be able to bring back memories and experiences. Let me just say that she has been doing a happy dance with every bite. To the people who say the snacks are small and there isn't much there. Well, one it's made to be a snack box, and it's made to give you an experience from another culture. Also, if you ever travel to other countries and get away from the tourist areas you will find that the snacks tend to be smaller. These are very accurate. I also need to mention that you will never find a better customer solutions team. You are dealing with a company that genuinely cares about their product and the experience that you receive. Due to an error that ended up being my own fault, I had to contact the customer solutions team. They responded to me very quickly and you could tell they wanted to do anything they could to make it right. They went absolutely above and beyond to make our experience a great one. Even when I realized that the mistake was on my end and admitted it to them they stayed extremely kind and told us to keep the second box. This was a very hard Christmas for my family due to losing a loved one. The company's compassion and kindness helped to make it a little better. I truly have never had a better experience with a company. I cannot recommend their product more if you want to experience something new and exciting for your taste buds. You may not like it all but that is why they pack so many options. This is definitely worth every penny. I would give them 10 stars if I could. ... show more

I got this because I wanted to try different types of snacks. It was a mixed bag, but it did feel like I paid more than what I got in the package. Due to never buying a box before, I'm not sure if I just got unlucky. However; that being said; the items in the package were delicious and I found they were lighter than most of the snacks I'm use to. They also had a mixture of sweet, savory, and other type of snacks so I was able to try different type of things depending on my mood. For $15, you get a nice, compact box of candies and crackers, all of it fresh and delicious, with a little pamphlet explaining a little bit of Turkish culture in relation to each snack. There is no problem. In fact, it made me want to hold up a pinkie finger as I ate and go "this is delightful." Worth mentioning: Since all of the snacks are from Turkey, most of the text on the packaging is written in turkish. Unless you understand the language, you won't be able to read them. The box DOES come with a second pamphlet with the ingredients and nutrition facts for each snack that was supposed to be in the box, but I put emphasis on the word "supposed". The box I purchased was for 12 snacks, but I got 14. While this is pretty great, don't get me wrong (they're referred to as "mystery snacks" in the box), the 2 extra snacks are basically complete mysteries to me in terms of what's in them. I had high hopes for this as I had forgotten to order my kids their Japanese snack boxes in time for Christmas. (You have to do that beginning of November and it was a mom-fail). These are very small for the price; refer to the pictures. The snacks are just okay. Over half of them went into the trash as the kids tried a bite and didn't like them. Before you say anything, I have children with very eclectic taste. These snacks just were not any good. It is unfortunate. Now for the positive, they came well packaged. Only some slight damage on the outer box. There are specific instructions on how to store the snacks as well as an insert of what you are eating. All in all, I do NOT recommend this product as there are better choices out there and larger quantities of what you receive for about the same price. ... show more

Real nicely put together assortment of snacks! I purchased these for my brothers who are food junkies for Christmas and I know they’re going to love these! Both packages were sealed in a clear sleeve, but I opened them up to make sure I got what I purchased and not some scammy garbage 😂 all the items were still shelf safe and nicely packed into this box. Looks like a really fun snack assortment as both of mine had candy, cookies and crackers. The box is cute and well made, they did a really nice job designing it! Very giftable with how cute they made it. The box looks small-ish maybe but they pack a lot of snacks into that little box. There was an insert that came with a discount code on the next purchase in both of them as well, so that’s nice if my brothers decide to get another one! These Turkish boxes are fantastic. A nice variety of both salty and sweet snacks. All are full size to fit one whole mouth and not just one tooth in your mouth. This is, in fact, a box full of snacks. Some of the other international snack "boxes" are just cheap candies thrown into a plastic bag. The Turkish boxes come in a pretty box, and each comes with a colorful guide explaining each of the snacks (kind of like a box of chocolate comes with a guide to each chocolate). It would make a great gift. I got it just for fun and when it came, I plopped it down on the table and everyone in the family poked through the snacks and read the guide and picked what they wanted.
