It is so easy and convenient to set up, and I have removed so much clutter from my nightstand by eliminating multiple cords. I especially like the clear acrylic pad for thee phone as it lights up white when not in use, then turns blue when in use. Also, the light can be easily turned off if you prefer. I highly recommend this item!

Since I replaced all my carpet with laminate flooring, I had donated my previous heavy duty Rug Doctor to charity. I still had an area rug in the living room and smaller rugs on entry areas. It was time to clean the large rug but I didn't want to purchase a large carpet cleaner just for the rug. I opted for this Bissell unit and though I've just used it once, so far I am more than pleased with it. It was easy to assemble/disassemble for cleaning and light weight for moving between floors. The water shampoo tank is smallish and due to the long time between rug cleaning I needed to refill it once to thoroughly clean the rug. The waste water tank tank is large enough to handle two shampoo tank fills. However, it was so easy to empty, I did so between shampoo refills more easily ascertain how clean the rug had been after the first cleaning cycle. I was impressed to see that the 2nd cleaning cycle was hardly needed to reach a clean state. Ok here goes. This carpet is around 25 yrs old. 5 kids running around on it. As you can see in the pictures the carpet cleaned nicely. The carpet cleaner is easy to use,and It is light weight.Now the down side.... It only holds 1 min and 20 seconds of water ,and carpet cleaner if you hold the trigger down to shampoo constantly. So you are having to refill constantly. The dirty water collection tank is Deceiving. It has a low line just above the clamps before you have to drain it. For smaller areas worth every penny. Larger areas works good ,but you will be emptying ,and filling constantly. ... show more

I love this Bissell cleaner! I had dog urine stains (almost a year stains), GONE! My high traffic were nasty dirty water. The first time I clean, it pick so much. dirt/pet hairs. When it was dry, (my carpet was dry 3 hours or less to dry). I wait a day to make sure it's dry before I cleaned the second. The Bissell this time pick some more dirty water! The 3 time my carpet looks wonderful, looks brand new. My carpet was dirty! 😉The cleaner/solution tank is small, for me, is doable. Pro Bissell Pro Pet Formula, It is powerful, great fresh scent. Review after first use on upholstery, area rugs and carpet. First, upholstery. Attaching the upholstery hose is easy. Used on a couch that had been peed on by our small dog. It cleaned the couch, got rid of the odor, and left a great scent. Then used it on the other upholstery in the house. The furniture isn't old, but it got a ton of dirt out of the furniture. It dries quickly, it was surprising how dry the furniture was after cleaning and how fast it dried. Next, area rugs. Cleaned great, dried quick, and checking the underside of the rugs, the back was dry, the cleaner only got the fiber wet, not the backing, and that was on every depth area rug from no pile to thick pile. They dried in about an hour. Finally carpet. Again cleaned great, dried fast and got out a ton of dirt. If you have stains, pretreat and you will be amazed. But for normal carpet cleaning, this machine is AWESOME! Did a great job, even better than when I hired someone else to do it, and dried faster. The picture is from 1 couch cleaning. ... show more

I was not expecting to enjoy this so much, but I have been so pleasantly surprised with this carpet cleaner. We moved into a new house and the carpets were in rougher shape than I was hoping for. They also had a bad smell in certain rooms. I figured with some deep cleaning they'd be like new again and I was not looking forward to the effort - even though I love cleaning and cleaning carpets is so grossly satisfying - we have a lot of carpet lol the price point and all the features of this cleaner attracted me and holy cow is it WORTH it. First of all, it takes literally 15-20 minutes to do a room with little to no effort. This thing glides across carpet but gets every ounce of the stain out. I am not sure how long these stains have been here, but two passes and even the darkest, deepest stains were gone. I really enjoy how easy it is to empty and fill and it’s lightweight enough for me to personally carry up and down stairs. I love the smell of the cleaning solutions they provide and the carpets are not only clean, but smelling fresh. I recommended this to a friend and shortly after impulse buying it, she had a stain incident on a brand new ivory rug and this got it RIGHT out.
