  • Does a great job cleaning wood floors
Style: CW Cordless
I have tried multiple devices to clean our wood floor. They always left a streak that looked awful. That is until we used the Bissell CrossWave. It does a fantastic job. It was recommended by my daughter in law that uses it to clean her cement floors with 4 dogs. She loves it. As do I. It is easy to clean and refresh cleaning fluid. I particularly like the charging base so you dont have to deal with charging batteries separately. I also think the cleaning option is fantastic. It spins the cleaning brush rapidly to get rid of excess water. The brush is also easy to remove and dry after using the cleaner. It has easy access buttons that allow you to turn off the cleaning fluid and to increase the vacuum power. I highly recommend this product. ... show more

  • Really great for a small place with little carpeting
Style: CW Cordless
I got tired of using the old mop out of the bathtub. This little cordless vac/mop is great to spot vac my hardwood floors and then mop clean. I've been using this for several months now. It's easy to use and understand the functions. You dry vacuum with it first then dump it and fill up with warm water and solution then mop/vac the floors clean. It does a pretty good job and my floors dry quickly. A regular mop just pushes around the dirt whereas to this sucks up the mop water. The Bissell crosswave omniforce moves around with little effort and is lightweight. After your done you just have to rinse a few things after putting it through the self cleaning feature. Great for keeping down all the dust in my place! ... show more

  • Cordless, great feature.
Style: CW Cordless
I’m using soap from a previous Bissell machine. Maybe that’s why it gets foamy quickly and tells me I need to clean the tank. Anyway, frequent disposal of dirty water isn’t a big bother. I love that it’s cordless. I feel it charges quickly. I feel it does a very nice job cleaning spills, stains, dried dirt, salt residue off my old wood floor (I own a pub.) And I feel it has a favorable charge duration. I like the digital read out regarding battery charge and dual settings for power for longer battery life. I would buy it again. I really liked my previous Bissell, but the cord was a nuisance. And yes, very maneuverable though it’s somewhat bulky and won’t reach under couches very deep. I’m satisfied with it’s build quality and value for money. ... show more

  • Works well, doesn't pick up dog food. Battery dies fast
Style: CW Cordless
I sweep and mop daily. I got this to help me get my floors cleaner faster with less backache. This pushes easy and is tall enough where im not hunched over. I was shocked to see this come off of my floors. To be fair I did clean the front door rug as well but look at that nasty water! Now... the battery takes forever to charge and in one use you dont even get 30 minutes. It doesn't really scrub just kinda brush rolls over the floor. I was really hoping this would also pick up dog food since in the video it shows cereal and larger items.. it doesn't which I'm sad about but otherwise I'd give it a soild 4 out of 5 for my experience. ... show more

  • I wish I could return it at this point.
Style: CW Cordless
I decided to give into the Bissell hype when my Tineco died because I wasn’t prepared to spend nearly $600 on a new mop vac. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I’ve had this thing for a few months now and I hate it more the more times I use it. 1) They want you to put SO MUCH cleaner in this thing it’s ridiculous. When I put the amount they want, the mop gets sudsy and leaves soap residue all over my floors. Not sure if they just want me to buy a ton of cleaner since I probably go through about 3 tanks to get my 1500 sq ft done or what. BTW, 3 tanks includes the cleaning cycle I complete every time I fill the dirty water tank. 2) There may be a “dedicated vacuum setting” but the rollers seem to always be wet—ick! It says give them 24 hours to dry after mopping and before using the vacuum setting. I pulled it out today after not having used it for a week and the rollers were immediately wet when on the dry vacuum setting. This makes me wonder how much bacteria was growing on it and is now on my floor. 3) Don’t actually believe the photos where it’s picking up cereal and clumps of hair; it can barely handle a little bit of cat litter and 2 dogs worth of hair. I literally have to hold the vacuum still over large pieces so it can work its way through the vacuum without spitting it out. Most of the time the hair is rolled up and spit out and I have to go over it a dozen times just to get it up. Now, this is when it’s on the mop setting. But like I said above, even when I wanted to use the dry vacuum setting I couldn’t because the rollers seem to never dry. 4) This mop will get all the small particles for the most part so my floor looks tidier but it’s definitely not clean. This just pushes dirty water around which, given the design, shouldn’t be a possibility. But it is and it does. My floors are just streaked with dirty water. 5) The “self cleaning” is not actually self cleaning when I have to rinse the roller and cover before “self cleaning” because it can’t suction up the hair that’s caught up in there. Also, when the self cleaning cycle gets to about 70% and it really starts going fast (I assume to attempt to dry the rollers) it starts shooting little streams of water out from either side of the dirty water tank. Do yourself a favor and avoid this thing. I checked about a month ago and had a heart palpitation thinking I paid $380 but apparently I got it on sale for $230. I was okay with that then and now I feel like even that is too much. At least I saved an animal. ... show more
