Bottom-line Upfront: there should be TWO boxes not one. Ordered this product. I got a call the night before from the deliverer asking if I was going to be home to sign for it. I told them I wouldn’t be but I give them permission to deliver the items and leave it in my driveway. The next day the delivery came and they requested someone to sign for it. Moving on, as I prepared to assemble the product. I had to open the entire box to ultimately find out it was MISSING parts. I called Amazon and they said it was Rubbermaid fault. Rubbermaid said this is a habitual problem from Amazon. 4hours later the situation is not resolved. I spoke to 4 representatives and 3 “supervisors”. I have 1/2 shed and in debt $1900. ... show more

Received the shed Fri 7/29, in good condition, started construction, Will continue building Monday. Might want to have at least one or two additional helpers on this project. Other than that very satisfied with purchase.

My husband was finally able to have time to build this shed. He opened the box and discovered half the shed is missing!!! I’ve emailed with no response. How do I get the other half of the shed??? 😩🙄

Update 12/1/21: Had the shed together now for a couple weeks. Rubbermaid customer service was excellent. As stated below, they sent the missing box after they received my receipt from Amazon and some pictures. I put the shed together in about 3 hours. I made sure to build a flat level base under the shed's base before constructing it. It took a little effort to get the roof on correctly, and the doors had to settle a bit over the couple weeks to line up correctly. I won't give it five stars simply because of the issues I had to deal with due to Amazon's gross negligence in shipping and customer service. Update 9/10/21: Read on, but I'll start with Amazon's customer service was no help at all. I got in touch with rubbermaid a few weeks ago. I called, because the email takes a long time for a response. The customer service rep was great. She went over all items from the box I have to verify it was all there. She put in an order to have the second box shipped to me no problem. I just had to take a few pictures of what I had, send those, and a copy of the receipt from Amazon. Got the box a couple days ago, and everything looks like it's there. I have another update once it's together. Missing the box with most of the walls. Got the box with the doors and floor. I have an email in with Rubbermaid to get the second box, so we'll see if I get that and can update this review. ... show more

    • I have never regretted a purchase as much as this one
It is impossible to put together. The tabs won’t snap into place, the sides won’t stay together at the seams. Can’t get even 2 walls up and in place. This is not for amateurs. You need a professional installer and I have no idea where to even find one. If I had bought this at the local hardware store, they would have offered to put it together for me. Trying to save a few dollars by ordering thru Amazon leaves me with a useless scrap of plastic.. and this is AFTER Amazon delivered only half of a shed the first time so that I had to spend an HOUR on the phone getting it sorted out. They followed up by scheduling my 2nd delivery for a day I would be home but then delivered it a day early so that it was left on my driveway and we had to drag in the 600 lbs of boxes to the garage. Bought this as a gift for my parents, however, when delivered it was missing a bunch of parts. We only received one box that clearly did not look like it could make up the entire shed. We contacted Rubbermaid for the missing parts and was told that they can no longer provide them as this was a discontinued product. Just be aware of this! Returned this item back to Amazon due to this and still waiting for my refund. ... show more
