I love that it’s light weight and easy to move. It has a couple attachments that work very well. Previously I had a different Bissell but the wheels on the bottom fell off. This is a great and powerful vacuum! It picks up pet hair pretty well and gets all the crumbs and dust in the corners. Overall the price is not bad for this vacuum, hopefully it last for a while. My other one lasted me 4 years. The shipping was fast and it came packaged very nicely. The directions were easy to understand. I have been using this vacuum for almost 2 months now. Pros: -Very light weight compared to my previous vacuum. I'm able to pick it up to move it up and down my stairs with ease. -Quiet. My old vacuum was very loud. My cats would freak out and I'd have to wear sound proof headphones to use it due to my sensory issues. This vacuum is quiet enough that I don't have to wear headphones and my cats chill on the couch watching me. -Efficient. I vacuum once a week and I have 2 cats. It picks up hair, crumbs, you name it, very easily. I've had no issues with its efficiency. -It was easy to put together. My ADHD makes it very had to follow written instructions. However, putting the parts together was simple and I had no trouble. Also, yesterday, I accidentally sucked up my tweezers when using the hose attachment. I was able to quickly take apart the hose pieces and retrieve my tweezers without any damage. I really appreciate the simplicity of the design. -I LOVE the retractable cord that stays hidden inside the vacuum when stored. Cons: None. Just got this vacuum , i am shocked with how powerful the suction is and very pleased . it picked up all the crumbs from my giant shag rug in the living room only had to pass over it twice ! I love the attachments like the little part to get the crevices by the base boards ! I had a $500 cordless dyson vacuum for a few years and it would just pickup and spit out the crumbs so to me this is way better than the dyson and also cheaper . it’s light weight , has a long cord , it’s pretty and powerful ! so happy i went with this one . We have 3 kids and 2 cats so i’m very pleased with the amount of dirt and hair and crumbs it has picked up. i’d recommend this for sure ! and the fact that the filter and inner filter is washable is like an extra plus ! ... show more

I am very pleased with this vacuum. It was easy to assemble, lightweight, and the suction is strong. I purchased to replace a very old Shark that had very little suction fire so many years. It has five height levels and works well on carpet and bare floors. I am rating it as 4 because it is quite loud and not super easy to push forward on a fairly plush carpet. After having had two sharks, (the last one I bought lasted less than two years), I thought of trying out a Bissell, so I did. Although it is a bit more like normal vacuum steering than the shark swivel thing, I like everything else about it. It’s a lot of plastic, but it seems to be tough, hard and flexible plastic where it needs to be. I was extremely impressed by its cleaning power. This vacuum grabs the carpet, cleans it and stands it up unlike any other vacuum I’ve had. It’s also very easy to empty and comes with all the attachments, including a mini brush for cleaning cat hair off of furniture and what-not. ... show more

Just purchased this after ours died, it’s wonderful! I’ve used it maybe 3x now. We have pretty long carpet, it works amazing. You can adjust the bristle height based on your carpet length. The cord retracts!! First time I’ve had that, and it’s an awesome feature! It’s hard to have a cordless, high suction vac so the cord rewind is amazing! Haven’t used the hoses yet, but it looks like it would be easy to wrap up after. ... show more
