Love the easy of on or off - . no lifting heavy mattress - and shifting of skirt. I measured and the 14 inch was a fit perfectly (measure!!) down and around my queen guest bed. I like the navy color, with slight sheen to fabric, goes perfectly with my quilted coverlet. I put on bed right away - basically wrinkle free. I did purchase the clear headed mattress pins - they are cork screwed and go on & off easily. I feel like these will ensure my bedskirt stays same length all the way around. Very nice heavy material. The elastic bands can be adjusted to fit tighter or a different bed size. Washes very well and doesn’t wrinkle. Perfect length to hide the misc stuff under the bed. Easy to put on and take off.

Putting on a bed skirt is typically a huge pain. With this style, there is nothing under the mattress and the elastic topped skirt is placed on top of the box spring. Easily placed on by one person in just a few minutes. After finding this style I will never use a traditional bed skirt again!! The color was a true navy. Good fit on our king sized bed. This bedskirt performs its main function perfectly: it is easy to put on and take off without assistance and without hurting one's back from the effort involved in lifting the mattress. The price is also very reasonable, which is another plus. On the other hand, the material is very thin, as a result of which, I can see the outline of my metal bed frame very clearly. (I bought the white skirt to match my white coverlet.) It would be nice if they also offered the same item in 100% cotton, thick enough to be opaque, and in different styles, including more modern ones. Though such bedskirts would presumably be more expensive than their 100% polyester versions, some people, such as myself, would be willing to pay more in order to get a bedskirt made from more substantial material, in different styles. If they added such a line, they would have a corner on the market, since I was unable to find such bedskirts (with the easy to install feature) from ANY manufacturer on Amazon! ... show more
