these are great supplements

I wouldn't say that it had an effect on the hair on my head, but my beard looks phenomenal! Even my barber agrees that my beard is fuller, thicker, and stronger than it was before. Hoping that my hair on top gets a bit better.

Added to diet for nail and hair growth after bariatric surgery and I noticed my hair was thinning and my nails were in poor condition and I really don't know how much good it does. It is small,easy to swallow and not too expensive so I continue to use it

Small and easy to swallow

These are nice small capsules and easy to swallow. Unlike other brands where they want you to take 4 huge pills a day. With this I only need take one a day and my hair has been more shinier and grow much faster!

Small, Easily Swallowed Capsules

Half a bottle in, I can’t tell any difference in my skin, nails, or hair. At least the pills are not hard to swallow, and they are tasteless.
