I know there are certain products that obviously work differently depending on gender, but these are definitely not one of those. They are marketed toward men but 100% gender neutral for use. I've used biore for years and have always had great success with their facial strips. These performing just as well as their others. Easy to use; fit the average nose area well; kind of a clean minty smell; durable and adhere well to the skin without irritating it. A little trick if you aren't getting amazing results... wet the skin, place the strip, keep your face as still as possible to get the best adhesive effect. Let it sit just slightly longer than suggested 15- 20 minutes. Then very slowly pull from the outside of the side of the strip toward the center of the nose. Once you get to the center, go to the other side and pull from the outside to the center on that side as well. Then pull downward from what's left stuck to the center. Keys are allowing the strip to sit slightly longer than stated, pulling very slowly, and pulling from outside to center. You absolutely can't go wrong with these. It's hit or miss if any any blackheads are moved for each use. Sometimes it works other times it doesn't. What is consistent is the black residue it leaves behind, requiring a second face washing. Maybe that's why my skin looks better, I am now washing twice, instead of once with each use.

These work great. I'm convinced all the bad reviews are people not reading the instructions. Your nose has to be WET. Not damp, not glistening...WET! You should see water on your nose. That water activates the product. Also, the product will NOT stick to you. You don't have to fight to peel it off. After the 15 minutes it will simply come off and with it, your black heads.
