I have this toilet as well as the Woodbridge B0960 S. They are both excellent but this one has a much more powerful flush. In addition the bio bidet has more features. The installation was a snap but they provide a very short cord. The Woodbridge comes with a 5 foot cord. The toilet seat on the Bio Bidet is also wider and much more comfortable. If you’re looking for one of these toilets spend the extra money and get the Bio Bidet The first picture is the bio day and the second picture is the Woodbridge, It gives you an idea of what they both look like installed. ... show more

Installed the unit in my newly remodeled bathroom. The product is defective leaking water continuously inside the porcelain bowl portion of the unit. To repair the problem I have to uninstall the unit & ship it to bio bidet for repairs that take 1-5 business days then it will be returned & I will have to have the unit reinstalled. Shipping is free but the installation, water waste & headache is NOT! ... show more

I am very happy with the P-700 model, though I haven’t used any other brands and have nothing to compare this with. The P-700 model doesn’t have the automatic seat opener and closer and that works for me. This smart toilet really is a game changer. I wish I had gotten one years ago. It was easy for my handyman to install and everything works well. Requires little effort to clean. My only complaint is that the oscillating and rhythm features are noisy so I seldom use them. Bought one at Costco. A year after purchase the water heater stopped working. I thought, fine, it’s under warranty. Yeah it is, BUT the heater is an internal part and you have to send the whole toilet back to get it fixed or replaced!! Unreal, avoid this piece of junk. What a stupid design. I don’t know what I’m going to do as this was installed in the only bathroom with grab bars and my husband is disabled. We’re basically screwed. ... show more
