Hot tub came with the house we purchased so I had no history on it. It seemed well maintained, but even with perfect chemical balances it smelled so musty and had a slight green hue. This stuff worked WONDERS. Within 2 or so minutes of running the solution through the gunk started to show in the foam. I was so shocked at how much gunk was in the pipes of this hot tub!!! Dipping the shammie in the water removed all of the green gunk from the headrests etc. A couple hours and the hot tub looks and smells new, and the water is crystal clear!! Works good. Really gets the gunk out of the system. Be sure to continuously wipe down the tub as it drains, the gunk will dry and be hard to remove.

I normally use a bio organic cleaner thats minute in cost especially compared to this product. I bought into the propaganda of this company's video thinking mine must not be working very well if they're getting that much scum out. Turns out we got less scum with this than our usual product. And their blue wipe towel doesn't do anything. I broke out my trusty magic eraser which did the trick. Not worth all that money so its a fool me once deal. ... show more

I bought this cleaner for my hot tub and it did a great job. Ran it in the pumps for about 25-30 minutes and it definitely cleared out a lot of gross biofilm, etc. Came with a nice soft rag to clean that off the hot tub shell as well.
