Pros: Right size for my needs, sturdy, no flat tires. Versatility for several different uses. Not a bad price for what I priced elsewhere. All the parts were shrink wrapped in a pouch with labels. You Tube video is helpful, but it doesn't tell you the part numbers of the nuts and bolts, just an overview of the install. Cons: Reason for 4 stars not 5. Incomplete assembly instructions, one whole step was omitted for the rear axle assembly, but it was easy to figure out. Front assembly wheel axles were installed backwards, had to take them off and switch them. Wasn't hard to do, but an unnecessary step. Instructions for some parts were not descriptive enough as to orientation of direction of install and the diagram was lacking in detail for those parts. Just added time to my install to figure out how those parts went on. Misspelled word in instructions, step 4 is spelled Installd instead of Install. Company name is Bilthard USA, but the box says made in China. If your product is made in China, you name should not indicate USA or at least put that in the description. Not unusual these days, but that is not mentioned in the description. Not a biggie, I would have bought it anyway. They need to correct the assembly instructions to add the rear axle assembly, correct orientation of parts and correct the misspelled word. Overall, I am pleased with the cart. Update 12/5/2023: I had an issue with the tread falling off one of the tires after just a few months. I contacted Bilthard and even though it was out of warranty they said they would send me a new tire. I got the package yesterday and they sent a whole new cart! I contacted them to see if this was an error and CS service told me they didn't have just a wheel to send so they decided to give me a whole new cart. Their page says they stand by their products 100% and they do, now that's customer service! ... show more

Sturdy, easy to assemble once I bought the correct tools, love that the sides come off. Would be nice if it had a brake. Rolls down the hill & I have to run after it often. Would also be nice if the handle locked in position so I didn't have to bend to the ground to pick it up often.

This is a spry, very capable little cart. The killer feature, versus others like it, is the solid tires - no more squishy, leaky pneumatics to worry about. This cart is extremely maneuverable, partly because it is so simple and lightweight (especially in relation to its high carrying capacity), and partly because of those great flat-free tires. I’d recommend users take care not to let this agility with heavy loads get them into trouble: moving around several hundred pounds of material so easily can make you forget about basic facts like inertia, so take it easy and be mindful when the cart is laden. With a little care, it’ll serve you well. (I should also note that, when I communicated with the manufacturer/seller, they were very responsive and nice - an unusual and welcome feature nowadays.) ... show more

I got this as a base for a rolling work cart I can take around my yard. It is sturdy and went together in about 20 minutes by myself. Tools require for assembly: 1 12mm wrench, 1 13mm socket 1 19 socket. No locktite required as they include nylon lock washers. Designed well to tie itself together and be sturdy. Definitely leave bolts a hair loose until assembly is completed and then tighten all after. Inside dimensions once complete are 33 3/4 x 17 3/4 I got the 440lb rated unit and have a few hundred lbs of tools on it and it rolls well over uneven terrain and thick grass. This is a great little cart - I got it for my husband's Father's Day gift this year, so it's been a couple of months now. In the photo you can see the new cart stationed behind his old cart, that he left out in the rain consistently. The new cart works really well and holds a lot of weight. It's easy to move around. It was fairly easy to put together, but I wouldn't want to do it again!! Follow the instructions and look at the photo of it. I asked him to put a tarp over it when not in use, but he doesn't like to do that. If you can see well enough there is rust developing. Fortunately, I have some rust resistant black paint that I plan to use on it. This one should last better than the old one which had the pressed board sides and bottom. This BILT HARD is well worth the price in my estimation. :-) ... show more

Everything arrived fine. One minor bend in a side panel, but I laid it on the garage floor and simply stepped on it for some improvement. The assembly instructions are easily understood until the last step regarding installation of the sides and J pins. The U shaped notch on the side panels are to be oriented to the inside, and all the J pins are to be installed on the outside. I also applied white grease to the axles, the yoke, and the handle connection. I wouldn't load this to the stated 880 lb capacity by any means, and I'm contemplating bolstering the bottom mesh with 1/2 inch plywood. This should work out fine, and It's better/more stable than balancing a loaded wheelbarrow. The no flat wheels are a great idea. ... show more
