I bought this cart to help make my yard maintenance easier. I already have a single wheel wheelbarrow, but as I get older, I’m afraid my balance isn’t good enough to handle a wheelbarrow, so this is my answer to that challenge. I’m a 60 something female. When this arrived, I was able to unbox it, follow the instructions, and successfully put it together without difficulty. It did take me a few hours, however, it was not difficult. If you’ve ever built a Lego project - it is very similar. The instructions do not have words, but the nuts and bolts are separated out by project step and easy enough to figure out. I do agree that the tools that are suggested are not the right ones. I used the socket set, and a needle nose pliers and had no problems. The tub is plenty sturdy for hauling mulch and yard waste. The cart rolls very smoothly and is easy to maneuver around the yard. The dumper works perfectly. Overall, this is a very well-made cart and I’m looking forward to using it for years to come. The instructions and nuts/ washers layout are worth a third of this cart as it helps you avoid installation headache. All metals are well machined. The tires ate unreal and allow for 30 psi; my car alone uses 38 psi on its tires! I thought 23 was plenty for these bad boys. 8/31/2019 - Update Completed putting together the entire unit a couple of days back, and the only hurdle I encountered is putting the screws in on the hinge part of the cart. Space is narrow there, so it would not work if you use a variable size wrench; I suggest using a fix size wrench as it is smaller allowing you to get the job done. The Philips screw surface is awkwardly large, I almost rounded the center since I don't have that size driver. However, if you have a wide flat edge screwdriver, it will work. The end of the nut threads are coated with some form of wax-like material which makes it harder to screw down, but I think it is for good reason since it holds the entire truck up more rigidly. It is a good thing. If you have the right tool it should take one person to install, but I had a neighbor assist in holding down the screw. After it is installed, I can feel it is a very solidly designed cart. It is amazing how well fitted the lock-down hinge is machined against the frame of the cart. Everything works, when the cart is lifted to the 'dump' position, the front wheels pivots backward very smoothly allowing little leverage to unload the contents of the cart. I also like how the handle rests against the cart upright making it easy for me to grab and go. Everything about this cart is well thought out, from the instructions to the materials used and the design. Also, the cart can be stowed away in an upright position, saving space in an already crowded garage or shed. I have read complaints on how cheaply the non-metal portion of the cart is made. I would have it no other way as it would probably double the weight of the cart. In my opinion, the material is very sturdy and will likely withstand the elements of any weather thrown at it. Besides, my last single-wheeled wheelbarrow has a 'plastic' like container made of similar material; and it lasted over 20 years till it met its fate in a recent fire. Bottom line, if you are willing to fork out a little cash and put in about an hour's work of assembly work, you will be a proud owner of this workhorse which will likely save your back and lots of $$$. I love the quality, the looks, and how easy my new Gorilla cart is to manage around my property. For me this is one of those items I wonder how I ever did without. It's perfect, and the dumping feature comes in handy, especially if you work with soil. One recommendation is that you have two people put the cart together. We needed a new wagon for our farmstead, and this little wagon is doing a great job. It took a bit of time to put together (and having 2 people helps!) but it pulls nicely and seems to be nice and sturdy. Not sure about the weight limit - but I have no plans to haul anything that heavy. I have no worries that it'll get the job done and last a good while. Been needing a cart for garden to haul weeds, dirt, mulch etc. wagons are sooooo expensive n had mixed reviews so it was hard to pick. But this one seemed to be sturdy and had longevity + good reviews so I went for it. Downside was it was out of stock around May/June when I ordered it took a whole month to get shipped but worth it. On a 10 scale the assembly difficulty was about a 5. I didn’t have the exact size wrench needed (use a socket wrench sorry I can’t remember what size to give guidance) my 14 y/o son half helped. Took about an hour maybe? Most of time yelling at him. But I have long nails and not all the tools so I think we did pretty darn good!! It’s not hard but def easier with 2 ppl bc unless you have a high table to work off of(which I didn’t) they’ll need to hold the wagon up while you screw in pieces. Wagon is AWESOME!! Looks great! Another downside was the box was damn near shredded (it came in smashed manufacturer box that was mailed on Amazon box). It looked like it was the last in the warehouse n all that was left. All parts were in the box but lots of the parts were rusty! Almost all the washers were and there was a rusty dusting all over the wagon n it’s pieces that I had to wipe down. It was gross but doesn’t impact quality or functionality of the wagon. I knew it’s be outside anyway so I wasn’t tripping. Great investment, easy to use and so east to turn n steer!!
