I have no problem with these shocks. They're good quality shocks. My three star rating is for the way they were packaged and shipped. Someone obviously didn't care. Oversized box with one piece of paper packing. The individual boxes inside were open at both ends and the hardware was floating around in the shipping box. ... show more

Great shocks! It's a firm ride, but that means reduced bounce and vibration which I was after. I've put a set of Bilstein shocks on a couple of my past trucks and have always been happy with the performance. Installation was fairly easy, had to use some muscle to compress the shock to get it mounted. Removing the old rusty shocks took more time then installing the Bilsteins. ... show more

    • Good shocks but be aware these are not already for installation out of the box.
These shocks were not compressed and banded like the instructions stated. So I had to use my weight and some bailing wire to compress and secure these before I could install. Other than that they do ride nice and the shipping was good.

I had forgot how safe a ride you can have on a bumpy road until I put these on my 2008 F250 Diesel. With a truck like this no shocks will totally hide any pot holes, but now it stays straight in the road instead of starting to kick sideways. Well Worth the Extra Money. (Stay Safe)
