    • EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM BIG JOE

Purchased 2 of these bean bags last year (Nov 2023) for my 9 year old son’s bedroom. They’re a great size for him, and adults alike (we are a tall family, and my husband - 6’3” - and I - 5’10” - were able to use them comfortably). We did have some issues with seams coming undone and beans falling out after we had them for 6-9 months, but Big Joe replaced both bean bags. The process to file a claim was super easy through their website, and the replacements were sent out the next day. They come filled with a sufficient amount of foam beads, but I’m sure some additional foam could be added to make them even more comfortable (you can purchase shredded foam here on Amazon that could then be added to the bags). The product itself is 4 Star, but their customer service sent my rating over 5! Very impressed with this company and would purchase products from them again over any other bean bag company. This beanbag chair is absolutely fantastic. It is well-made and very sturdy. I have a very small TV room with the couch that only comfortably sits two people. I bought this chair as an extra so that when my son and his wife are here for the holidays there would be extra seating for a third person. It’s really comfortable, and seats and adult very well. I’m 5 foot nine and I weigh 155 pounds. This chair holds up beautifully, and the backrest does not need to be leaned up against anything. You can lean back and it holds firm. I do really like this chair overall! It's good for my (small) space because it's so easy to move around. It is smaller than I pictured for some reason, but I'm comfortable on it for sure. I've had it for 3 months now and it has definitely deflated. I added foam packaging to the back and to the bottom which help a lot, but also makes it feel a little weird. I'd recommend only buying this if you're OK with re-stuffing it every month or two. I'm probably going to continue using as a place to stuff foam that comes in my packages, rather than buying the legitimate stuffing refills. I would also say that the back isn't really supportive or anything, and if you lean back you'll just end up horizontal. Love how it matches my cat though. ... show more

We have only had this chair for 2 days and it has ripped at the seam. So far we love the product and the vibration feature. Fortunately customer service is sending us a new one free of charge and we don't need to send back the defective one which would have been a huge hassle. So grade A service on their end!! Other than the seam rip this chair is very comfortable and convenient. I got it for my 6ft tall husband who likes to play video games and sit right infront of the TV while playing. He used to drag the huge couch around to strategically place himself in the way of everyone but now he just has this chair which is working great for everyone. ... show more

I love this seat for its softness but it definitely is on the small side, I thought the XL would have been big but it is small for my 10 year old. Also after a couple months the beans completely deflate so I have to buy more filler beans. I love the leopard pattern and the softness though.
