After about 2 weeks my Big Joe ripped at the seam. I contacted the Amazon retailer and they quickly sent me a replacement. The second one has been good and more sturdy so far!

The media could not be loaded. It’s fine and my kids love it. But it’s a weird shape - it feels like sitting on a medicine ball, not the comfy sink-in chair I remembered. We’ve had it less than 5 months and already had to patch it twice. Just doesn’t stand up to the kind of abuse shown in the video, haha.
