First off, I didn't check that my toilet's plumbing is designed for a bidet. That's on me, but if the water pipe for your toilet is all one piece and unable to be diverted/split, you're going to need a new pipe and installation will be much more complicated than advertised. What I like about this: it doesn't mess up the alignment of the toilet seat, the controls are easy, it's not electric, and the posterior wash is extremely effective. If you run the posterior wash for a bit, it'll clean you well with no need for more than a piece or 2 of toilet paper to pat yourself dry. This is great for someone who has bowel issues like mine. What I don't like about this: its feminine/anterior wash leaves a lot to be desired. To actually have that nozzle be remotely effective you have to turn the nozzle control dial as far as it'll go, way past the designated mark. Unfortunately it very strongly washes back to front, which is not good for a woman's body, and I find that it somehow misses my left side even though I sit straight on the toilet. (I guess that could be a quirk of installation, but as far as I can tell it's installed correctly.) Also, if my legs aren't completely closed with my feet on the floor, the water will spray out and all over the front of the toilet, which doesn't sound like a big deal except for the fact that I'm often using a Squatty Potty. ... show more

I really like this bidet because it was easy to install and had the hot water temperature for decent price point. I do not like it because the levers are not intuitive at all and they pop off very easily. I haven't broken it yet, but I don't feel it's going to be long. The bolsters that come with it to lift up the toilet seat were incompatible with my toilet; I will chalk that up to my own error but be wary if you have a curved underside of your toilet seat because that may impact the usefulness of the bolsters. From my understanding of the functionality, you push the frontmost knob down to turn on the water and allow it to heat up and the back most knob you can lift up instead of down and the pictograms seem to be in reverse order from how the device actually operates. All in all I may buy something a little bit more quality if I had to replace this in future but it is leagues and bounds better than just a cold water bidet and it does function. I would recommend this to someone who's maybe thinking about it but still on the fence to try it out, and who does not have humans in their space who are known for easily breaking delicate things. ... show more

I got a double mastectomy and ordered this in preparation for the recovery! I already have a spine disease which makes things on the toilet a little difficult already so I knew I would need a bidet attachment for my toilet. Because I had this I didn't need my caretaker to assist me with my personal hygiene. Simply turn it on until you're clean, then wipe with a rag to dry and you're good to go!! Installation was straightforward for the most part and it is very easy to use. The water is super cold but you can't really expect miracles from a bidet attachment at this price. ... show more
