    • The water is cold!
This model was our first ever and got it just to try out. The water is very cold everytime you use it which is not pleasant in the winter months. Not sure how you dry off without the tp sticking to you, what a hassle. Keeping washcloths to dry off just doesn’t sit well with me having to hang it dry till your next use and hoping nobody else uses it. Are you suppose to keep a stack of washcloths for everyone using it si they can have their own? I would think so but what do they do with it afterwards ?? Just asking so I can fix this issue I’m having. Also, if the knob isn’t set back just right to off position, it will run water constantly in bowl until adjusted. I’m not a real fan of this whole concept except but you do feel refreshed. If I get a new one it will definitely be one that sprays warm water ! Not real sure tho if I will ever set another up for use, the family would not get near it, lol ... show more

All is great. The only one thing u need to improve on is the thin part between the control knob and the seat. This part is a bit sensitive. It tends have a hair thin crack after a while, if u exert extra weight on knob while using. This can be avoided by turning the knob with horizontal pressure without downward pressure. Loved it so much and bought a second one even though the 1st one cracked. I just made sure to tell family not to push down on knob. ... show more

Easy enough to install though I had a plumber do it to be sure. Keep in mind a cold water wash with no soap won't be a 100% solution but it does cut down on wiping and is more refreshing. One thing not really taken into account is that there will be a gap when you put the seat down on the commode as this will keep it from going all the way down. Overall I'd rate it a 7 out of 10 and would likely buy it again ... show more

I like the fact that the price was very good and you know my son has installed other bidet and then you have to buy additional parts or hire someone that can do it right after spending money buying this and that in order for it to work. The one thing you do not have to worry about is that you got all the parts you need to set it up and you do not have to hire a professional and he did it in less than half an hour. ... show more

I could put this together as I had installed couple of more bidets but the instructions and where to put the rubber valve is not very clear. Otherwise, nice production, has a rich look.

I ordered this right before toilet paper shortage started and I couldn't be happier with it. It was super easy to install, use and keep up. It has saved us lots of headaches and money now that we aren't needing to buy TP. Just wish I would have gotten it years ago. Great buy!

You’ll need Teflon tape ($1.50) and seat bumpers ($10). Might need a different valve like I did but they are easy to find at a hardware store. I got the double nozzle setup. “Female” setting is more of a spray, “Bidet” setting is more of a stream. 10/10 will never poop outside my house again 💩

    • leaky adaptor and bulky structure
This product had everything mentioned and appeared to function properly. I didn't get a chance to use it because no matter how much I tightened the adapter to the fill valve it leaked on both sides, considerably enough that this product would have been a nuisance for me. I went out and bought a larger wrench just to make sure I was tightening the adapter to the max and still leaked. The fill valve on my toilet was connected with plastic parts, and these seem tighter and more leak-proof than the lightweight metal used for this product. Other than that, the structure, had I left it installed, was bulky and raised the toilet seat up by about a half-inch, so that it would have been at an incline. Rubber stoppers were included but with no adhesive. This product was a little all over the place. ... show more
