They’re cute in my room but no darkening much at all. The color of curtains is a true good color. They are not thick like darkening curtains are. I would say they are nice thinner curtains for the spring or summer but definitely not winter. I don’t dislike them. I’m gonna buy a different pair for winter and use these in the spring and summer. The color matched perfectly with the room. It isn't a full blackout, that window gets direct sunlight and I can see the sun through the fabric. It does cool the room off very well though and keeps the majority of light out. I love the fabric! These curtains finished off the bedroom.
